"Pessima, non prenotare,non andate. Letto con lenzuola sporche, macchiate con capelli, peli e quant'altro potete immaginare... abbiamo trovato anche la bustina del preservativo usato. Bagno con cassetta dell'acqua rotta, che ci è rimasta in mano, aria condizionata inesistente, c'era un ventilatore tutto rotto e pieno di polvere. "The front desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. Valentina, Enrico and Asia were truly wonderful.. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The room was clean and spacious and the view of the lake was truly amazing from a great balcony.. Breakfast was perfect and the dining staff was as lovely and pleasant as everyone else we met.. We will definitely stay at Hotel Riviera again!!! Thank you everyone !! WE highly recommend this hotel!!"
