Villa San Carlo - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 7

Villa on three levels: entrance level with atrium and French windows with balcony overlooking the pool and lake view; living room with 2 two-seater sofas; going up the stairs you will find: master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with double sink, toilet, bidet and Jacuzzi; 2nd bedroom with single bed and bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower all in one room; 3rd bedroom with double sofa bed. Going down the stairs you reach the real ground floor with: large separate fully equipped kitchen with peninsula: dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockery; from the kitchen there is direct access to the porch equipped with dining table and chairs and the private swimming pool. To the side is a small outdoor kitchen. On the same floor is the third separate bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet with French window overlooking the garden. Continuing on, there is access to a laundry area with washing machine. The villa then continues with an air-conditioned annexe, united but separate in space: it consists of a double bedroom, a private bathroom with toilet, bidet and double shower and a second fully equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, toaster, blender and professional bar coffee machine. Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool

Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Bilder aus dem Innenbereich lügen nicht. Was schade war das nicht wie angegeben ein Grill vorhanden war. Der angegebene Grill ist lediglich eine Outdoorkochfläche mit 2 Kochfeldern, somit mussten wir einen Grill kaufen. Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es waren leider nicht alle Ferbedienungen für die Klimaanlagen auffindbar. Alles in allem jedoch ein sehr schönes Objekt das man guten gewissens Buchen kann.
