"It was fine"

"The worker who checked us in was very unfriendly. Ignored us standing there and did not address that we were there for several minutes. The room was very sparse, no pictures on the wall or a table that was to be situated between the two chairs. The furniture was very worn as was the shower. Hotel is located directly by the train tracks so you are awakened frequently. Curtains did not block out the sun and there is a lot of that during this time of year. It was walking distance of 3/4 mile to nicer restaurants but you had to walk past many homeless people making us feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel. FYI the room also smelled very musty."

"There is no room service unless requested. Which I did after 2 nights. They asked when to service it and I told them. I returned and no service was attempted. Finally rapped on my door late in the afternoon while we were asleep. I had to extend our stay and they bumped the room charge to non discount rates."
