This hotel was ok. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The beds are super firm spring mattress, blanket is scratchy and AC is loud. The bath towels are super thin and very small. It's definitely an older property, but the repairs have been done poorly. Didn't feel super dirty but also not extremely clean. Also there was something that looked like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Good location and person at check in was very friendly.

I loved our two bedroom suite. It was close to one of the pools and spacious for my family of four. The staff were quick to respond and I loved the texting option for any questions or requests. We didn't get to explore the grounds as much as I would have hoped so I can't really comment on them. The Dollar General, gas station and bowling are all walking distance from the activity center. I hope to return and enjoy more of the amenities. Great place to stay!

There was chlorine powder left on a table in the pool area that our 3 year old came into contact with. Told the staff with nothing more than a thank you for letting is know from them and never heard from them again. Had to call poison control as she ingested some of it. No follow up from the staff…never heard anything!! Very disappointing!!! I hope you do better for the next child that stays there!!!
