"The hotel was excellent, along with the staff. Once you get out of the immediate area, it was fantastic, close to everything! Just stay away from walking thru the back alleys at and use main roads, it will be fine."

"Two things that I am not completely happy with: 1. No coffee pot in my room. 2. The neighborhood is a bit mixed, but very safe, as there are a lot of police. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars."

"Just finished a 3 night stay, it was a perfect location for exploring Barcelona with a metro station a short walk. The reception team always said hello and good morning, the breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day and the beds were super comfy to collapse in at the end of a long day exploring "

"This hotel was great, period. It is located in one of the best location in Madrid, 5 min walk to the Palace. And walkable to the big market, and close to metro, train, etc. The room was spacious with large king size bed. The staff were amazing and spoke very good English. Very helpful and respectful. I would stay there next time as well. "

"Staff was helpful with transportation and attractions. The location is great - easy walk to 2 markets, Barcelona Cathedral, and Liceu metro station. Lots of dining and shopping within short walks in different directions. La Ramblas only a 5 minute walk. Hotel room was quiet, A/C worked well, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was not substantive - croissants, juice, coffee. "
