Beautifully furnished apt (up to 6 guests), in the heart of an archaeological park, surrounded by nature, close to both airports; extremely quiet environment. 30 mins from the city centre. Fitted with 2 bedrooms, sofa-bed, 2 bathrooms and living room. Bright private patio. Communal garden and pool. 2 sheltered parking spaces available.

This beautiful apartment refurbished in 2020 will be your home away from home. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a quiet place not far from the main attractions of Rome. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer, and all other necessities. The dining and living area are well lit and come with a fireplace and TV. It has 2 bathrooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the room on the ground level has a king-size bed, while the one on the upper floor has 3 single beds. The living room is fitted with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for the 6th and 7th guests. You will have exclusive access to a private patio fitted with table and chairs, parasol, sunbeds, and barbecue. You will also be sharing the swimming pool with the other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi. The apartment also boasts a SMART TV, air-conditioning and WiFi.
By booking this apartment, guests will benefit from 2 covered parking spaces.

- Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.

- Please note that you will share the laundry room, the swimming pool and communal garden with other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi.

- You may use the swimming pool from May to September, according to weather conditions.

- Please note that in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time for the preparation; you will still be able to drop your luggage at your convenience.
