Frederica went over and above to help us. Kitchen had all that we needed. So very close to St Peter’s square. A perfect spot for our visit.

Very close to everything
Our check in was all done remotely. We never met the operator. We liked the area. Very close to SPB and other attractions. Clean. Our room had skylight that could be opened. Nice room. My only complaint is that the operator, through text, told me she would arrange for a taxi pick up the night before we left. I asked her to confirm when done. Never heard from her that night. Ended up doing it myself. Not a huge deal but if i had trusted it was done, we would have missed our flight to London.

Fredricka is the absolute best host a person could ask for. The rooms are small, but they are clean. The property is within walking distance from everything. Perfect location. I’d definitely recommend.

No code on arrival. No one there. Breakfast not worth the money ate out. Someone walked in the room when I was in it. Safe broke. Contacted them said they would be there 9-30, they weren’t. 9am-4pm someone was supposed to be there they weren’t.

Clean, quiet and close to The Vatican. Great location. One huge plus is wonderful working air conditioning. We switched to Borgo Pio after leaving a hotel that would not fix their air conditioning. A must have in 100 plus heat.

Hotel was lovely & clean & Frederica & staff were helpful & professional. Hotel is small but had everything we needed as most of the day was spent out sightseeing. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk to the Vatican which was ideal & whichever road you take, it's full of cafes, restaurants & souvenir shops We used to visit St Peter's Square everyday, sometimes 3 times. It's lovely in the evening with the lights & after a long day of sightseeing & walking, my husband & I used to just sit on the steps & take in the views. It's so relaxing & tranquil. Inside the basilica is amazing. Enjoyed the whole trip, & will definitely visit Rome again

The property is very close to the Vatican City and museum. Restaurants are just a block over. The closest metro station is about 6 blocks away, maybe 10 minute walk. The staff was awesome! She helped with understanding the map and near area. Very relaxed environment. The beds were a little to firm for us but no big issue whatsoever.

If this is your first time in Vatican and want to attend the Wednesday or Sunday mass I recommend this place it just 2 minutes away from the square. And the place is very comfortable specially Laura she was very accommodating and entertaining during our breakfast. If we come back here Rome/Vatican definitely we will stay here again. Everything sbout this stay was exceptional. The staff were wonderful, helpful and attentive to our needs The location is fantastic, only a few hundred meters from the Vatican, handy to underground if needed but also a close walk to the river. We walked to all the key attractions and discovered so many places on roure that would have been missed. Absolutely would stay again here when in Rome.

Everyone went above and beyond . The girls at the front desk and the gentleman that works nights were, very friendly and gave us information on restaurants and places to visit. Don’t want to forget fortunata, the maid , that helped me with some Italian translation
