Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff,location,and room were very good. But don't judge this place by the cover. As we got to location, we were ready to rebook elsewhere. First impressions of an unappealing entrance, followed by a dusty old elevator (that worked very well by the way) and we were already afraid. Then checked in, with a great staff and our newly renovated room, up 1 more floor we felt a little better. Although we enjoyed our stay, it was and still is difficult to shake off our first impression (as you only get 1 chance at that). But if you get past that, it's a great, safe location, with a great cafe around the corner.
