A pretty room in a beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and a lovely breakfast was served in a great dining area. The hostess was helpful and welcoming despite our lack of Italian. It was a great location to visit the archeological excavation of Ostia Antica, worth seeing even if you are not into that.

Very cozy place, really close to the airport. Breakfast included and a really good coffee. There’s a restaurant in the corner and the owner is amazing, the food is really good. I will definitely use them again.

Homey home near the airport.
Nice home and very friendly people. Older but well kept. Wifi is good unless you are on the 2nd floor, which we were. Then it is useless. Basic continental but very good cappacino. The town is super cool and it is very close to some extensive ruins. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful!
We stayed one night because it was next to the airport but frankly would come back because the town was so cute and the owner was such a lovely woman! Family Business with great breakfast and lovely place.

We were not able to stay because our flight ran an hour late and we had a hard time communicating. All in all we had find a different hotel. Might be nice. Don’t recommend as a place to stay for flying in and out of Rome

Good morning, I honestly don't understand your review. On the Expedia.com website you will find the check-in times where it is highlighted that the maximum check-in time is 8pm and on request extended up to 10pm. We have had no news other than that you would arrive by 10pm. We tried to contact you and exceptionally waited until midnight. Then without further news we closed and notified of the closure. Everything was free while we had to pay a person to wait for you. I honestly don't understand this punishment. All the best

Great BnB close to Rome attractions
There was free parking right on premises and it was close to all the major attractions. Franco met us at the door and was a great host. The room was clean and comfortable and the property was pretty. There was a continental breakfast and Franco made us cappuccino. Overall a great experience!

Ostia
A very relaxing overnight stay prior to flying back home. Great breakfast in the morning. Very convenient situated near the Fiumicino Airport. Our landlord was very accommodating.

Highly recommend. The owners are really kind and helpful. They serve tasty Italian breakfasts every morning with some delicious cappuccino. The property is near the bus and train station, where you can go directly to Rome or at the beach to Lido. Near the property there is an Ostia Antica complex. There are plenty restaurants and supermarket nearby. We really have a great time there!

My worst nightmare
When we arrived at the b&b we were told previously via email that they will help us with the luggage because the property has no elevators. There was no one there to help and we had to carry our own luggage up to two flight of stairs, We are in our late seventies so it was very hard. The person in charge didn't speak english, he said breakfast will be served at 7:00am and the next day we were knocking at this door because he lives there and nobody answered so we left with no breakfast and had to eat at the airport.I have been using hotels.com for over 10 years and this was completely unacceptable, I feel sorry for the people that book this place.

Good morning I'm sorry about what happened and I confirm what you said in the email. But I believe there was a misunderstanding in agreeing on the transfer of baggage. Normally when we see customers with large bags we ask the customer if he wants to leave them momentarily at the reception, especially if at that moment only Mr. Franco is present (he is 83 years old) and we ask if possible to take him to the room ourselves at a later time when one of our family members arrives. Shortly after, however, you took the luggage yourself. For breakfast, the service starts at 7.30, as also indicated on the Expedia website it is clear that at 7.00 the breakfast room is closed. Normally when the customer asks for it, as he leaves the bnb before 7.30 we prepare a package in the evening to make breakfast even while traveling. Most likely, due to our mistake and I repeat our mistake, we have not charged the room, we got confused about the different payments in Expedia. This is not a problem and that's okay, it was probably a bad day for everyone. We hope to meet again and sit down for a chat with friends. I wish all the best

This is an old-fashioned Bed & Breakfast in a charming house within walking distance of Ostia Antica, an archaeological site worth a full day. Our hosts were a lovely couple, kind and helpful. They provided a great breakfast buffet, and made me excellent cappucinos. They also recommended a good restaurant and called a taxi for us before we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to Ostia Antica archeological park, extensive and beautiful ruins of the seaport of ancient Rome, and the town center with castle, church, and restaurants. Clean and pleasant room, host was very helpful in arranging taxi to FCO.

Classic BnB experience
A bit out of the way (20 minutes hot walk to the Antica zone) but still an excellent place to stay when visiting the ruins. Very nicely put together but a bit overly fussy in rules and decor, like many traditional bnb's. Almost no English spoken or understood

Ein schönes Familiengeführtes B&B, ideal um die Ausgrabung Ostia antica zu besuchen. Es ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, wir konnten sogar nach 23 Uhr anreisen. Gerne wieder.

Questo B&B è gestito da persone deliziose, molto gentili e affabili. Vicinissimo agli scavi e al castello di Giulio II. Camere confortevoli, pulite e arredate con gusto. Colazione buonissima e varia.

Dejligt sted
Domus Gratiae er et dejligt sted og værtsfamilien er meget venlig og imødekommende. Ostia Antica er en hyggelig lille by, hvor de arkæologiske udgravninger er det store højdepunkt. Det lille bycentrum er imidlertid også rigtigt hyggeligt og med dejligt liv. Her er det ikke svært at finde god mad og hyggelige omgivelser. Domus Gratiae ligger kun få hundrede meter fra det hele, men samtidigt tilstrækkeligt langt væk i en stille gade med grønt område ved siden af.

Comme nous étions là à la veille de Noël, l'atmosphère était tournée vers les festivités de nos hôtes. Le wi fi ne fonctionnait pas et comme nous sommes partis à 8h le matin du 25, nous n'avons eu droit qu'à un capuccino pour déjeûner. Un peu deçevant.

Buongiorno Abbiamo letto questa rcensione e siamo rimasti un po' sorpresi. 1- per le bevande abbiamo caffè, cappuccino, tè camomilla, latte e succhi ecc... serviti al tavolo o self service una volta che il cliente ci comunica cosa preferisce - 2 perchè abbiamo tutti i giorni cornetti freschi (locali), corn flex, fette biscottate e pane da tostare, marmellate, prociutto, burro e dolce fatto in casa ed in piu' siccome proprio perchè nel cuore delle feste natalizie, dolci tradizionali italiani ( pandoro e panettone) in self service. Noi serviamo colazione italiana e non possiamo cucinare, non so se ci si aspettava qualcosa del genere e sono rimasti delusi, questo ci dispiace. Tutto quello elencato è li' ogni mattina a disposizione dei nostri Clienti. Un saluto affettuoso.

Esperienza molto positiva, gestori amichevoli e gentili, disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Vicinissima agli scavi di Ostia Antica ma zona comunque tranquilla e fuori dal traffico. Se ci capiterà nuovamente l'occasione ben volentieri torneremo.
