Street number was wrong. Limited service if you arrive not in their set service time. My experience was to wait at the gate. No one answer me when ringing door bell. Breakfast was so simple. bread and coffee only, No egg, no hot food. Difficult to communicate in English.

Enea House was just what we needed, easy to find and near the airport. The property was beautiful with its stone work and cactus gardens and outdoor seating places. I had a nice social time with the family who owns it, nice people and generous. I'd easily go again.

The staff at Enea House are simply the best. They were so helpful in accommodating my group’s late check in, they are incredibly close to the airport and offered to book a shuttle/taxi for us and had breakfast waiting. We were so grateful to have a soft landing before an early flight, highly recommend if you need to be close to the airport!

Truly beautiful little bnb, a welcome refuge after a long flight. Staff super friendly, bed very comfy, neat and clean decor. Delicious apple cake. I must admit I booked this place because I thought it was listed as having onsite parking, but parking was on the street. In the end though, still really glad to have stayed here!

Excellent qualtiy for the price
We were pleasantly surprised by what a beautiful little hotel this was, especially at 60 euro. They also provided a shuttle to the airport, for a reasonable fee. Within walking distance of the hotel, there were two first class restaurants and a local bar.

No soap for shower , paid for breakfast but said no , checkout at 10 am no place to sit in lobby to wait for four hours.reception issue with language. Over all very poor. No restaurant which is good close bye.

Exceptional experience- exceeded my expectations!
I stayed here recently because it’s near the airport, as we were on our way out to Portugal. Because we had to be at the airport at 5am, they didn’t take us but DID arrange a taxi to come out and pick us up!! Super nice older gentleman! What I want to share the most about this property is it’s people. We came in from Rome late and called to made arrangements with the staff as it would have been a late check in. I’M MOST IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE GOT EVERYTHING WE NEEDED IN THE PROCESS!! I’ll be back GRATZZZZII

The accommodations would have been adequate, but the room was filled with mosquitos. The front desk staff was pleasant and arranged free transport for us to a nearby restaurant that had great food. The cost of the airport shuttle was also very reasonable.

I booked this hotel because it was close to FCO, so that we didnt have to wake up early in order to catch our morning flight. Turns out there are regular (every 20 mins) and fast (30 min from FCO to Rome termini) train service to the center of Rome where there is a much nicer selection of hotels. This hotel had horrible bathroom facilities, we had to insist on changing our rooms once cos it smelt so bad, the shower did not yield enough hot water for two people, and the service people were rude.

This is not what I expected based on Hotels.com reviews. The owner/manager/person in charge was very curt. He did NOT speak any English and was less than friendly. The place is super hard to find. If you spend any time in Rome, then need to get to this hotel before you fly out, good luck. You must take the train, he said. We couldn't find the train (metro stops way far away from here and we took a taxi....expensive €50. On the upside, it is VERY convenient to FCO, they do provide a shuttle (no English there either), and the room was very clean, comfortable (when the sheet wasn't coming off the bed), and the bathroom looks new. For the price, it was what we needed but just be aware of the challenges.

When we arrived we were picked up at airport promptly. When arrived at location did not feel comfortable in the area the room was too small for three people. The towels in the bathroom looked used there were no restaurants opened in the area. We were told to go to supermarket down the street. That would have been fine but we did not have a refrigerator or microwave to store or make anything we ended up not staying here and found a room at a hotel at airport. Very disappointed

I called day prior to arrival to set up pick up at airport from shuttle service. Was told instead to call when arrive at airport and they would come as they are close. When called they said shuttle was broken and we would have to take taxi there. Taxi ride costs as much as room so that is why I had chosen an place with shuttle included. Upon arrival gate was locked. We knocked and yelled for someone and no reply. They knew we were coming since called from airport. After several attempts to get someone to hear us, I called on phone. They answered and said would be right there to gate. 10 mins later at least we see the person that worked there drive up, park his car on street and let us in and checked us in. My room had no soap and the smallest shower ever. My sheets not attached to bed just laid on top so they did not stay in place. Then we learned there was nothing wrong with shuttle van as it was right there and not being repaired. Asked driver to take us to airport next day and they said no problem, and we arrived and went on with our tour group from there.

OK for Short Layover, but Beware of Overcharging
My impression of this B&B was clouded as soon as I arrived at its high steel front gate, which is kept locked. It is difficult to gain entry unless there is someone within hailing distance, otherwise you might be waiting a while to get in. Once inside, I was checked in by the imposing owner/manager, who tried to charge me much more than the price quoted in my online reservation. When I reminded him of the agreed price, he accepted that, but insisted I pay an extra 6 Euros for breakfast, which was supposed to be free. Thus my poor opinion of the place. As for the actual property, it isn’t too bad. It’s a 10 minute Cotral bus ride (1.30 Euros) followed by a 5 minute walk away from FCO airport, so it’s quite convenient, and there is a large Supermarket (Todis) 5-10 minutes walk away. As for my ground-floor room, it was of a reasonable size, with dark furnishings and décor, quite clean and comfortable, with a reasonable ensuite with shower and lots of hot water. Everything in the room worked well as it should, including the excellent free wi-fi and a/c. So no problems on that score. And the location is pretty quiet, with little aircraft or other noise. It’s a pity that the management isn’t a little more ethical. I would have given the establishment 3/5 if it wasn’t for the difficulties checking in. As it is, I wouldn’t stay there again, as the whole check in process is far too stressful, and who knows how much it will cost?

Close to the airport
The location near the airport was the most important thing. Spent a wonderful day exploring the Roman ruins in Ostia Antica and the beach in Ostia.

worst experience ever-there was no one there when I arrived and when the staff member finally showed up after repeated call she couldn't find my reservation and told me that the hotel was booked and that I needed to go somewhere else. Another person arrived later and found my reservation but it was a mess. I had written to ask about a shuttle and got a reply after I'd checked in-I had to pay 25 euros for a 5 minute drive from the airport only to find that had the hotel responded I could have gotten picked up for 10 euros. This place get a total thumbs down-my room was not clean and the toilet seat was falling off and the glass the bathroom was dirty. None of the info on the reservation was correct. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Take it off your list-

Dear Guest, we do understand that you had the hard moment as you arrived at the lady because couldn't find your reservation. As I arrived I did find your reservation and apologize because the owner she cannot speak English. In regards, the shuttle is written on the main page of Expedia if you did call us we would pick you up. I wish, you also did mention how I had organized for you a free pick up a drop off to the restaurant nearby. You have got a great deal: cheap room nearby the airport, car service to restaurants, very cheap shuttle. We are not a Hotel, we are a guest house. However, we thank you for your time on written your experience. We take your feedback as a great opportunity to improve for our future guests.

had one night stopover at FCO, so haven't spent much of a time at accommodation ... hosts are polite and they provided me with transfers in a timely manner ... all in all, very good!

Good place, and great host
Just as advertised, this place is affordable, clean, comfortable, and near the airport. It has a delicious complementary breakfast. Caterina was particularly helpful throughout my entire trip. On the first day, she picked me up from the airport (try to call before 10 PM), and immediately drove me an amazing local restaurant. Later on, she helped me plan my visit to Rome and offered very helpful suggestions. She also directed me on how to use the public transportation to get back, and was always available for emergency questions over facebook messenger. Thanks again Caterina!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Abreise war vor dem Frühstück und doch wurde extra für uns eine kleine Frühstücksauswahl schon früher zubereitet. Hinzukommend sogar auch zum Flughafen gefahren. Il b&b è pulito e essenziale. Purtroppo il contesto esterno è sporco ( suppongo che la nettezza urbana in quella zona di fiumicino non esista...) e degradato. Peccato perchè sono tutte villettine ...ma in un cumulo di erbacce e rifiuti. Il prezzo non vale il servizio overall.
