The location of this hotel is great. Many places to eat, bars, a supermarket and even a laundry across the street. Ivan and the rest of the staff were super in every way. Be aware that the elevator; it's a traditional European elevator be patient.

The manager was the best, he gave us the best advise on where to go and pointed it out in the map. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was absolutely amazing, it was the best part of our stay here!!! Thank you!! The hotel location was perfect, close to everything important!! I would love to stay here again!!

Not worth it
This was a friends trip. We all booked our rooms (4) back in May. When we arrived, one of our friends did not have a room. The hotel had canceled his room without any warning. Since the Ryder Cup was in town, there wasn’t anywhere for him to stay so he had to hotel hop every night. Our refrigerator went out while we were there and one of our neighbors electricity kept flickering and went out for good when she was using the hairdryer. The walls are paper thin. There was mold in the shower. The hotel offers to arrange a car service to the airport for you, but the car never came, and when I went up and asked the clerk about it, she told me to download an app to call. I felt it should be her obligation since it’s a service they offer. The best thing about this place is location and that it has AC. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

My family loved the property. It is a bit difficult to find but it is a very good hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and also let us hold our luggage there when we returned to Rome even though we were not staying that night before our plane ride home. Location is very central. Never waited more than 3-4 minutes for a taxi after they called them. In fact, taxis mostly beat us to the entrance as we had to wait for elevator. Kids loved the room and central location. A very pleasant stay. Room was spacious for 4 people. Highly recommended.

Great stay!
Hotel was perfect for our stay! Very easy to find and check-in. Our room was ready early when we arrived which was an unexpected bonus. Room is simple and welcoming. Great location walking distance to everything. Complimentary espresso and croissants were a nice touch.

Lovely Hotel
It was very hot in Rome! BUT this hotel had AC which was a big plus! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though the hotel is on a Main Street, the hotel (and surroundings) was quiet. The staff is very friendly and it is a very safe hotel as a key is needed to get into the building and then the hotel itself as well as the room. The metro station is just a short 3 min walk away and the bus station is about a 1min walk away. Overall I would definitely stay here again. FYI The elevator is very small , two people with a checked bag will fit. They offer stairs as well.

1. Location is perfect. Nice area. For the whole trip (4 days) we did not have to use any public transportation or taxi, we walked everywhere. We only used a train when we went out of city. 2. Staff are the sweetest! Anastasia and Ever are great! They very really caring. They gave us a map and showed best routes to check out attractions. Honestly best administrators ever! 3. We had free 24/7 coffee machine and some croissants for breakfast. 4. I’d recommend this place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced hotel with good location and good service.

Proximity to the main station is about all the hotel can boast off. The family room we were allocated had the worst shower and toilet flush. You would have stand in the corner of the shower stall and get a trickle from the shower head and that was the best case scenario. Why would they have spray jets facing the shower door, and the shower stall is barely 18 inches wide! The breakfast was very basic, the coffee was good though. I wouldn’t be returning here.

Room does not look at all like the picture. It’s VERY small, barely any room to walk around the bed and no room for luggage. No comforter, just sheets. There was a blanket in in the closet that was for a twin bed that didn’t quite fit. Bed was not comfy.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a old building, it has a great location within walking distances (15-30 minutes) of many attractions. Good public transport nearby. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are adequate, although consist mostly of processed food. Note that this hotel is part of a bigger block and with only 1 very small lift to service the entire building. It takes only 4 people or 2 with luggage. Additionally it has a manual door system and if this is not closed correctly, the lift becomes unusable! If you have difficulty climbing up 3 floors, then this hotel is not for you.

Cold Shower, Bad attitude at the breakfast bar. And when I told the receptionist the shower wasn't working he said many people stayed in the room and didn't complain. Nice guy but total blow off. The air conditioner struggled and didn't cool. Room 310. Try a different hotel till they get straighten out.

Nice surprise.
What a nice little hotel. Very clean. Wonderful wonderful staff. Excellent continental breakfast in the morning. Air conditioned room. Thank goodness because Rome was cooking this year. The street is filled with restaurants and shops for everything you might need. The only thing I might say, nothing negative about the hotel itself, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to look elsewhere. It’s on the 3rd story. There is an elevator but half the time it’s stuck on an upper floor because people don’t close the elevator doors properly so I did a lot of walking up those stairs.

First trip in Rome
First time in Rome. Family trip. There are many ‘hotels’ like this in Rome. Everest inn was ok. Location is great and that is important for a trip to Rome. Breakfast is really just instant coffee and breads and bagels, and other instant foods— I think they can do better. Comfortable which is important after a long day on foot in Rome. And very important to remember— there are 2 ‘Everest Inn’ in Rome so make sure you let the taxi driver know the address.

Perfect little hotel for a weekend
Lovely room (spacious by Europe standards), super clean hotel and fantastic staff. We booked on the spur of the moment, and I am so glad we chose this hotel. Our room was cool with air con, and had a good comfy bed, so we were guaranteed a good sleep after travelling. The staff are a credit to the hotel, especially the ladies on the reception /check in desk. Great value especially by Rome prices - and they have an elevator which is almost unheard of in Italy! About 2 minutes walk to the main Roma Termini and all the hop on hop off buses etc. Would definitely stay again.

It’s a two star Hotel, and worth every penny. If I have to find fault, it would be simply the lack of natural light in the room, the size of the room was awesome, high ceilings. Breakfast room bit on small size, there was sufficient food not necessarily space to sit. For a three night stay, its in Rome, how much time do you spend in the room. There was no kettle in the room, but there was a small fridge which we used for our own drinks. No complaints about staff, perfectly polite and considerate.

Great location
The room was a bit small for two people, the options at breakfast were very few but at the end those thinks didn't matter for us. The location is great since it is very close to the metro, there are a lot of bus stops outside the hotel and also if you love walking you can walk also. Personnel was very very kind and helpfull.

Hotel was okay. Beds were very uncomfortable and stiff. Room had a good view but pretty noisy. Bathroom shower was a litttle moldy and sink water couldn’t be on long because the sink didn’t drain well. Breakfast in the morning was very simple - bead, cereal, cheese, salami, coffee, juice. But thankful to have something in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The best.

Loved the breakfast! Meats, croissants, cookies and espresso machine. Staff was friendly! Rooms are small as expected. Comfortable bed, after walking around Rome All day anything will work though. Small bathtub/shower, definitely wasn’t use to that. Extremely clean! Walls were a both thin, of course if you have neighbors with loud children. Overall awesome experience! Glad we stayed here!

The hotel is very small located on a fairly dated building. The rooms were adequate from a size perspective. Best part of the hotel is its location. Placed centrally, just walking distance from Train station and access to bus right outside. Few mins to all main attractions. My experience was not that great because I was asked to take a two separate rooms to accommodate family of 4, which is unacceptable considering I had small kids. Also WIFI is practically non existent in the room.

Very good service, excellent bedding, close to Termini, which is a great convenience ! It’s on a main, busy street, so expect the traffic noise. Amazing view of a church across the street :-) Very plain and limited breakfast :-(

For a 2-Star hotel it does what it says on the tin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room and public areas. Bathroom modern and very clean. Only negative - the shower-head attachment could have been better fitted. Otherwise great place and convenient to so much. Great local restaurants and bars.

The entrance of the hotel was very regular, it was hard to find but once inside everything was perfect. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel and the staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and the room was very spacious. It was all very new and as the hotel was not that big it was as nice stay. The breakfast was not the best but it didn’t matter much. The best part was the staff!

Loved this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the proximity of this hotel to the Metro. Easy to access from the airport. I would definitely recommend to friends and repeat my stay when in Italy again. Two thumbs up!

We arrived before check-in and they gladly offered to keep our luggage. They provided a map and basic directions on getting around. Hotel room was clean and comfy. Walls are thin so we could easily hear people in the room next door (granted they were noisy). Rating the room only it was a clean and convenient place to stay. We walked everywhere with our longest walk being to the Vatican (about 45 minutes). Trevi, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and shopping are all close by. We took the train to get to Pompeii so that was also very convenient. They also called a taxi for our return trip to the airport. Would gladly stay again.

We were only there two nights. The safe would not open and the wifi did not work in our room. Friends staying in another hotel had the same issue with WIFI, so it could be a Rome thing in that area?

The location was perfect,close to many attractions. However the breakfast was very limited and we constantly had to ask for more jogurts, sugar etc. The staff was fairly polite but again nothing exceptional. We've book economy double room which was were small and it was difficult to move around. The cleanliness of the room was ok. Throughout Our 6 night stay room was probably cleaned properly twice. The overall experience was ok but we wouldn't stay there again nor recommend.

We booked a triple room. In Expedia and the hotel web page a triple room has list of characteristics that are not true. they put as in a double room with a third bed. few space for walk. They blamed Expedia and web page editor for the mistake of measures and pictures. The hotel did not have any predisposition for resolve the misunderstd. We had to after two night of no real answer we had to call expedia. only expedia could make them change our room, for the booked one. (the hotel did not make any refund for the 1st and 2nd night).

Great stay for the price!
Hotel breakfast was decent (pastries/coffee), 24 hour reception was a plus for leaving super early. 15 minute sketchy walk to train station. Best part was the 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain to see it at night! Restaurants nearby weren't the best. Our fridge in the room smelled really bad.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Staff was wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. For a 2 star hotel you could not fault it at all. If anything I would class the hotel more of a 3 start hotel. Wifi was not goodin the rooms but was not a problem for me.
