I believe there is only 5 room so don’t hesitate, great price, better location, couldn’t ask for more. We were only in Rome for the day, and crashed by 9 pm with jet lag, but so wished had the energy to join the party at the bar downstairs. Read reviews about the noice, it was a non issue, but thoughtfully left ear plugs which were not needed. Clean, safe, friendly and the best location

Location, location, location! Walk out the door of the hotel, and you’re literally looking at the Colosseum! A mere 2 minute walk, and you’re standing in its shadow. Food options at their next door restaurant were fantastic. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Very friendly hotel staff, even though they were not on site 24/7 you could go downstairs to the Coming Out bar for any hotel or service needs. Clean, modern rooms, daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Close to resturants and sightseeing. There is a bar/club downstairs but it was not so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Highly recommend.

Great room for the price. Great location for sightseeing the colosseum. Friendly staff who know English well. The only issue is that it is on top of a Karaoke bar which gets loud at night.

Although the rooms are small, they are very modern and kept up-to-date. The room is above a nightclub, and we could faintly hear the music. However, it did not stop us from and trying a very comfortable night sleep. We would stay here again for location, price and cleanliness.

Perfect location, helpful staff, comfortable room!
This is a fun, funky hotel just a block from the Colosseum. Fun neighborhood with lots of food and drink. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

This property was in an excellent location by the colosseum. However the surrounding area was dirty. The hotel itself was clean and nice. Except our coffee cups were dirty. The people that worked there were very friendly and did get our room ready early for us...also located a taxi which we had a hard time doing.

The bed was very uncomfortable, there is a lot of noise coming from the bar on the floor below is, kept us awake until the bar closed at 2am.

Top notch staff! Super friendly and helpful. Very unique accommodation. Right beside the Coliseum. Close to all the Ancient Rome attractions. Coming out Roma downstairs is associated with the hotel and has excellent food, service and atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Great location!
Wow, what an incredible location! Can’t beat this for access to great restaurants, the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, shopping, etc. The room is small, but has everything you need, including a small fridge and a pot for boiling water for coffee.

Across the street from the Colosseum, staff is extremely welcoming and kind, e-mails we’re answered within minutes, room was very clean and the decor was nice. 10/10 would highly recommend. Only downside is that it’s up a flight of stairs so beware for those who have a lot of luggage.

Solo trip
Travelling solo for the first time I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to have stayed in. On the doorstep of the Colosseum, this hotel offers amazing views and a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, spacious and made me feel right at home. The staff were absolutely amazing in helping me find my way around the area, making and altering reservations for me in Italian (mine is literally non-existent) and made me feel safe. One particular member of staff that stood out was Alex, greeted me on arrival, answered my many questions and was happy to help. Overall, my experience of Rome was amazing and I can’t wait to travel back and stay in this hotel again. 5⭐️ Experience! Grazie!

Rome near the Colosseum
It was a beautiful room in a secure building. My view was beautiful ancient ruins outside my window and the colosseum to the left. It was a great location for getting around Rome and with plenty of good places to eat and a local market.

When we first arrived we were told they did not have our reservation. At the time of booking we were told we could leave our bags before check in and after check out and this was not the case. View of colosseum is minimal.. but a great location outside

Great location! Perfect for walking to transit station, the room I booked was a futon bed not as comfortable but it was a good deal, the rooms don’t have the best noise barrier but if you’re a heavy sleeper like me and have to room on the backside of the hotel you won’t hear much from the late night early morning celebrations outdoors. Friendly staff very clean facility.

The noise from the bar downstairs was noticeable but not overwhelming. First couple of nights we went to bed early but did notice the noise and on the third night we stayed at the bar downstairs until they closed! It was an intoxicating, fun environment to be a part of! Will definitely stay again if we are in town! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Great location
Second floor is in a brilliant location, the Coliseum is literally across the road and it is in an area of great cafes, bars and restaurants. The rooms are a combination of contemporary and rustic and are interesting and comfortable with the exception of the pillows which are simply woeful. Good shower and cold air on. Our room opened in to the street and although their are bars below the noise with the excellent double glazed windows closed was never a problem. We were very surprised that the room was NOT serviced during our three night stay. Towels didn’t dry and toiletries ran out. Not good. They say that the bar/restaurant downstairs is available for breakfast from 8.00am but both times we tried to take advantage they were closed up. Maybe we were supposed to book. Overall a good experience in a great location.
