Property is poorly maintained, staff esp the night person Malik doesn’t know how to deal with customers doesn’t have the ability to solve concerns and problem and instead will tell you to deal with it the next day or tells us to wait for the lady in the am. Him being there is a joke! Broken tiles on the floor, non working shower in the common bath, poorly maintained door buzzer. It’s 0 compared to one hostel we’ve been to

We arrived early before checkin time so we just left our luggage in their storage room that was dark and cluttered. I booked a room for 3 but we only needed it for us to leave our luggage for the night since we were going to Venice that night. When we checked in that night there was only 2 beds out together, handle of faucet for the hand held shower was broken and no one can fix it till the next day. I asked where the 3rd bed is or if the nite clerk Malik could get one and he said but you are not sleeping here tonight. I told him it doesn’t matter if we are sleeping or not I paid for 3 beds and that is what he needs to provide. Malik said I should talk to the lady Lilly who checked us in the morning. I don’t know why he is there if he can’t solve problems for the nite. The floor in the room also has several broken tiles which could cut you. Also for 3 people they only had 2 and one blanket which was dirty looking,smellyand looked so itchy. The bathroom sink also leaks to the floor. On the next day since I also booked for another room for 3 people they got me a room on the 4th floor which we couldn’t access unless we are buzzed in. Common area for fridge,microwave, etc is on the 3rd floor which also had several missing and broken tiles The nite person Malik only sits behind the desk and even if you are struggling to get your luggage out of the door he doesn’t even get up to help you.

We Thank you for your comment, but you have to be honest when you comment on your arrival you suppose to arrive only 3 person but you were 6 people with 12 luggages and as you said you are not going to sleep during the first night we gave you a big double room which has 2 rooms, i personally offered you that room and you had acepted that room, after 3 hours you have changed your mind to stay in a 3 bed room. it's totally unfair what you have said we haven't even charge you any extra for your friends luggage. I don't think you understood that.

The clerk at night Malik isn’t helpful at all. Unable to give you answers or resolve a problem. Would tell you to talk to day clerk the next day. I guess he is just someone to buzz you in and out of the floors! Need to replace this guy and property needs to be fixed! Broken floors, broken faucet non working doors

The night staff were rude and the staff were so loud we could hear them from are room at all hours. There was no hot water for the first day.

Easter Weekend trip
Hot water took a few minutes to kick in, but fine after. Great location, rooms were spacious, comfy and clean - I checked in at 2am and there was someone at reception to assist. Overall, no complaints.

Epouvantable. Je ne suis pas difficile. Mais là, nous ne sommes restées que 15 minutes. Très très sale, toilette commune et douche dégoûtantes, aucune serviette pour s'essuyer les mains, odeur nauséabonde tant dans la chambre que le couloir, éclaboussures sur les murs de la chambre, ruban à gommer sur l'air climatisé, 2 ampoules sur 4 fonctionnelles. Nous avons demandé un remboursement, aucune réponse après maintenant une semaine. Lamentable. Je suggère même à Expedia de retirer ce lieu de leur liste, pour éviter d'autres mauvaises expériences de la part de voyageurs qui doivent alors trouver un autre endroit.

5 min a piedi arrivando dalla stazione termini, ingresso con tastiera, personale cordiale. Se non si hanno grandi aspettative ma serve un posto dove appoggiarsi e dormire è perfetto.

Je ne suis pas une petite nature, malgré les avis, j'ai quand même réserver... il n'y aurait pas eue la réceptionniste, je ne serais pas rester, elle sauve un peu le truc.. pas d'eau chaude, pas de gaz pour se faire à bouffer ou un thé, placards vides et le peu de vaisselle dans un sale état, salles de bain mediocres, juste un rouleau de pq pour plusieurs chambres, pue les égouts... se faire des sous sur le dos des voyageurs les moins fortunés, c'est comme ça que je l'ai vécu. Attention aux filles qui voyagent seules comme moi, zones de la gare mal fréquenté, et le proprio est d'un irrespect... j'avoue avoir eue envie de le claquer tellement il s'en fout de te savoir safe ou pas...

No recomiendo este hostel
La habitación no cuenta con toallas, ni jabón, ni shampoo (cosas que te pueden dar si pagas adicional cada día). No tiene servicio de limpieza diaria de la habitación, ni sacan la basura, ni reponen el papel higiénico (solo el que te dan el primer día). Para una buena estadía en este hotel hay que llevar propias toallas e ir a comprar jabón, shampoo y papel higiénico, o bien pagar adicionales (si se pagan muchos adicionales de cosas que se supone tiene cualquier hotel, sería equivalente a decir que el precio que te dan por la habitación no es real, pues acabas pagando bastante más, o tienes que hacer tus propias compras aparte de todo lo que no te dan). Pero debo también reconocer que la ubicación del hotel es buena.

El peor hotel de europa. Todo lo ofrecido en la pagina no se cumple. No realizan limpieza en la habitacion. No entregan lo minimo como shampoo jabon. Te cobran la tasa de turista muy cara. Habitaciones pequeñas y sucias con entrada muy incomoda. Calefaccion no funciona y el wifi no funciona en la habitacion solo en la recepcion. no cuenta con estacionamiento. En definitiva un pesimo lugar. No funciona el timbre para ingresa a las puertas por lo que hay que esperar que salga una persona del hotel para que te habran(yo espere mas de 20 min 2 o 3 veces). El estacionamiento que dicen tener es el parking de la ciudad por lo cual pagas normal. Unos 6 7 euros por dia.

チェックインした日の部屋前の利用者が出た後の部屋のようで、全く掃除が行き届いていなかった。ゴミ箱にゴミがあり、トイレも使った痕跡（流していない）あり。床にも沢山の髪の毛。ベッドシーツにも沢山のシワや毛髪があり、到着直後から最悪でした。冷蔵庫やエアコンも操作できず使えない。シャワーのお湯が出ない。バスマットもない。 まず、お湯や暖房をフロントに伝えないと使えないというのは不便なのでやめた方がいいと思います。 それから、バスタオルやシャンプー、歯ブラシがないのは何となくわかっていましたが、事前に質問したメールをちゃんと既読して返信くらいしましょう。 最低限、ルームスリッパ（私は持参しましたが）、ハンドタオル、バスマットくらいは用意しましょう。 それから建物も大変分かりにくいです。呼び鈴の場所に書かれた紙も文字が薄くなり読みにくかったため、押すことを躊躇しました。はっきりとみやすいものにすべきです。 沢山の人がフロントの方を色々言っていますが、一番悪いのは経営者です。きちんとした対応ができるように、教育をするなり、まずは自分自身がその場に立って客の意見を真摯に受け止め、今後に活かすという姿勢がなければ、今後も最悪なホステルのままです。 とにかく寒くて怖いホステルでした。

El lugar esta súper sucio, los baños asquerosos, parecía que no habían limpiado en siglos, lo único que hacían era recoger la basura, pero estaban apestosos y llenos de suciedad. La cocina también estaba muy sucia, sin trastes, el refri con comida podrida, ni siquiera quisimos utilizar nada en la cocina por lo sucio que estaba, para donde vieras estaba sucio.

Estube 5 noches con mi pareja, al llegar de noche (00:00h) el recepcionista no quiso cobrarme con tarjeta, lo cual nos dejó sin efectivo, las toallas 2€ por dia, el recepcionista solo hablaba Español cuando se cuzaba con mi pareja, preguntandole que quien era yo ybque hacia por aqui, luego conmigo ni entendia ni sabia español... a la noche siguiente no habia agua caliente y supuestamente no hay servicio 24h como en todos los paises, al dia siguiente estaba arreglado, horas despues otra vez nos habian apagado el termo, dejandonos otra vez sin ducha.. la cocina.. mejor no decir nada y secaban el suelo con las toallas sucias de los huespedes, la ubicacion lo unico bueno pero cerca de las peores calles de termini, yo no volveria a este hotel la verdad, 3,5€ por noche/persona por dia, mas 2€ de toalla, aunque ponga en la reserva que los impuestos estan incluidos, no es asi.. en definitiva no volveria

Le foto non corrispondono all'ambiente in cui sono stata. Di positivo il letto che era abbastanza comodo e la camera abbastanza spaziosa, la doccia era calda. Di negativo: l'asciugamano aveva un cattivo odore, mancava la luce al letto, il tavolinetto alla postazione era pieno di sudicio, il bagno non funzionava bene, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, la carta igienica spesso mancava, la cucina era veramente penosa non ho potuto riscaldare niente, né un bollitore, né un tegamino. Mancava anche un cesto per buttare qualcosa, la gente appendeva i sacchetti al mobile. Sono stata in tanti ostelli e questo è il peggiore. Sapevo che Roma si era degradata molto e ciò evidentemente si rispecchia anche negli ostelli. Peccato che non ho fatto delle foto.

Nice Staying in Roma
It was everything ok with my staying at Hostel Beauty, somedays the water in the shower didnt get hot, then I had to ask for staff help, which was always attended. Just the first night, as we arrived later (after 1 am), the recepcionist was rude, but the rest, for the price, I cant complain. As it is near the terminal Termini, there is a lot of people around, On Termini there is a very nice market, but I just discovered it in the last day :(

Wir genossen unseren Rom Aufenthalt in einem sehr großem Zimmer mit guten Betten und einer zentralen Lage. Die Mitarbeiter haben ihr bestes gegeben, um einen weiterzuhelfen. Wir durften nach dem Check out unser Gepäck umsonst bis zum Abend im Hotel lagern. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmte auf jeden Fall. Für einen Städtetrip würde ich jedem das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

La location est près de la gare dans un quartier entre deux eaux... mais ce n'est pas vraiment un problème à condition sans doute de na pas être une jeune fille seul! Mais l'hôtel est TRES TRES sale.. au point de ne pas trop savoir comment poser les pieds dans la salles de bains. On ne parlera pas du bruit qui est terrible... Les chambres individuelle jouxtent les dortoirs... où c'est la nouba toute le nuit... un bruit de fou sauf sur le petit matin où tout le monde dort après la fête... la direction de l'hôtel ne tient aucun compte de nos demande de faire cesser le bruit... C'est au résidents (je n'ose pas écrire aux hôtes) de faire le nécessaire pour faire cesser le bruit... Lorsqu'on pose une question à la réception... L'indien de passage qui tient la réception répond: 'ce n'est pas ma responsabilité... Il faut demander à ma patronne'. Je n'ose même pas parler de l’exiguïté de la chambre. on étouffe, et le système de climatisation ne fonctionne pas (si il a jamais fonctionné d'ailleurs)... EN TROIS MOTS : HORRIBLE, SALE & BRUYANT
