Hotel pulito, carino, moderno e comfortevole. Tutto pulito. Camera perfetta. Letto comodissimo, non nell'edificio principale ma nella dependance. Assolutamente pulito, carino, spazioso e personale cordiale, poliglotta e ben disponibile. Assolutamente strategico per essere vicino alla stazione Termini. Consigliatissimo!

We stayed in a quadruple room with our 2 children aged 12 and 14. The room was quiet and suited us perfectly. Staff at check in and at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety for breakfast which is served 7-11. The location was excellent, right next door to the train and metro station, opposite a supermarket and close to lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Approx a 30 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and 40 minutes to the colosseum. Would recommend and would stay here again.

It was conveniently located next to Termini train station. I received a warm welcome and could leave my suitcase there while I walked around Rome before the next leg of my journey.

We only stayed overnight at Hotel Marisa as we were flying back to Australia the next day. Check in was a breeze and Stefano at front desk was very accommodating in helping us change our room from a double to twin. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a good size and also very clean. Our room had a balcony which we love as we could open the window and let in the nice breeze although it was pretty noisy with the street noise. Location to termini Tran station was about 5 mins walk. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Rome.

The property is good and right across from the train station, it was quite convenient to hop on the metro Or take the train to the airport. however, there are many homeless people at the train station. Most if them were high in drugs. Its not the safest area to stay with a family.

Right across the street from the Termini train station so great location for that. Polite staff, easy to find. Rome is dirty and the trash never seems to go away so be prepared for that. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Pictures that are used for marketing are mis-leading. Room was very spartan and dirty. Because of the different prices advertised some people staying there were very sketchy. Saw rates advertised as low as $80 and as high as $500. Very near train station and people on location were nice. Just an uncomfortable experience.

Good place overall
Stayed for one evening. Very modern and in a great area for the major attractions. My room was very noisy however as it was right beside the very old fashioned style lift so was awake from 5am as I could hear everything. No recognition of my VIP status which whilst is disappointing isn’t a surprise anymore. Expedia/hotels.com need to look at this.

Poor customer service. Paid for a quadruple room- arrived and was placed in a “quadruple room” that was neither in the photos on the hotel website or expedia, and was a fraction of the size. After brining the room issue to the staffs attention and showing pictures of room paid for, they finally placed us in the proper room. Air conditioner was broken in both hotel rooms. We were told by staff each day that it would be repaired by the end of the day,three days in a row and never was, room had one window with no screen, was infested with mosquitoes each night as a result of the window being open to cool the unit. Rome was 90 degrees during our stay, we had to ask for the staff to provide us with fans for the room .Room did not even supply cups, coffee, coffee pot, water, or toiletries.Front desk staff extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I would never recommend this hotel to someone after our experience. Only positive note was the wonderful gentleman who was the hotel coffee barista.

Perfect one night stay
We had a one night stay overlay and it was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the train station, it had a lovely breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It’s small, the rooms are in need of some updates but for one night it was all we needed.

The location is perfect, train station, shops, restaurants all nearby. Our flight got delayed and we arrived in the early hour. Good that they have 24-hour reception! The only downside is there is no sound proof in the room. We were woken up by children screaming noise in the morning.

No AC, No Service
During the arrival with my wife, the AC was not functional. The receptionist that checked-in my wife and I was new and he didn't know how to fix the AC so he provided some fans. We appreciated his efforts. On the next day, we were told to leave our keys and someone would stop by to take a look at it, but no one came by and the AC was still not working. Our room was hot and the beds were uncomfortable. Even though the room was spacious, the shower was small and it was by far the worst hotel stay I have encountered. I was debating between this hotel and Suitedreams, but Hotel Marisa had a later check-in time. There were good reviews for Hotel Marisa so I am confused as to why we didn't receive any service at all. I am blacklisting this hotel in my books, I will not be back with Hotel Marisa.

We booked because it was convenient to the train station and had air conditioning so we could decompress after our flight/train. It was very convenient, but the AC was broken while we were there and we didn't find out until we were in the room and check-in was an hour after it was listed. Everything else was largely okay, and the staff were very helpful as they let us drop our bags off prior to check-in and brought them to our room. The breakfast staff were fantastic.

We were mislead into this hotel, when we arrived we received the smallest room I’ve ever seen. It was beyond discussing. Nothing similar to the pictures provided from in this page, we complained and they offered us a better room at a higher rate. Would never return again.

Very convenient for trains
Stayed for a single night before a very early train. The hotel is within ~100 m of the station so it's incredibly convenient. I was upgraded to a larger room which was basic but comfortable. Everything worked and the internet was fast.

I stayed in a single room and it was exactly what the images showed! The AC was a welcome treat - Rome was SO hot - and all the facilities worked as needed. Even the bed was super comfy! This room was cute and the staff were so kind and super helpful. Honestly this place is so beautiful, in an ideal location if you're a fast traveler, and worth the price. Very happy with my time there!

The Hotel on Expedia looked very clean/modern. The decoration was not either of those things. The staff where helpful but when we asked to switch rooms and explained that the room was not like the photo, they replied “not every room looks like that” Great location, easy to locate transport.

We stayed here for our last night in Rome as it was close to the train station. The hotel room was simple and small. The bathroom was very small and the shower was even smaller. It was hard for my partner and I to comfortably take a shower as you could barely get into the shower let alone move around in the shower. In the morning there were little ants on the floor of the bathroom, which sounds like its common from the other reviews. This hotel is in a convenient location if you need to catch the train but one night was enough for us.

Stayed for two nights pre cruise. Enjoyed the hotel but a guest had a child that was having a very loud tantrum lasting for hours (both nights). The disruption could be heard in the hotel lobby as well as the guest floors. Apparently the management chose to ignore it making it very difficult to sleep.

Amazingly close to Termini, so perfect for getting back to for taxis, or access to trains if using Rome as a hub. Clean, grocery store right across the road, and comfietable beds. Walkable and safe.

Good basic hotel near the station
Located right next to the Termini station, right across the street from a supermarket, it was really convenient. Looked like the renovation was recently done and the room was clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and nice.

This is a smaller property with small sized rooms. My room could use a fresh coat of paint and shower drain unclogged. However, the perfectly working air conditioner was really all that mattered for me in 100 degree humid weather. For a great price this hotel is located exactly across the street from the train terminal which is great to not have to carry luggage to far when traveling to other parts of Italy. The subway is also located in the terminal so it’s really easy to take the train to the Spanish steps, Colosseum, etc. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful the morning free breakfast consist of friendly and happy staff ready to seat you. You’ll then help yourself to a variety of pastries, yogurt, eggs, fruits, cereal, and espresso or cappuccino.

Disappointing
The room condition is not satisfactory, there was nearly no Wi-Fi connection at the room. The staff was very friendly but didn’t solve the problems

It was very convenient to get to train station from hotel. They offered a very good breakfast. Room was very clean and the staff was great!

We had a great stay at Hotel Marisa. It is across the street from the train station. We took the train from the airport and to and from the port for a cruise. We stayed at the hotel before and after the cruise. We also used the Metro with the 48 hr pass for getting around the city for tours and restaurants. Hotel Marisa was clean and had great beds.
