The area is quiet and residential, but really close to bus stops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The nearest subway station is less than 10 minutes away, and close to the subway was every possible business you might need - phone store, bank, beauty salon, etc.
The staff were all very polite and helpful, and available all the time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included breakfast buffet was very nice, with lots of options.
The dinner at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great compared to the restaurants everywhere else in Rome, but it was convenient and affordable for days when you can’t manage to go out.
There is a church right next to the hotel but I didn’t find it distracting or loud.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
