Do not book if you have an evening arrival.
Warning, do not book here if you have an evening arrival time and a risk of delay. My flight was delayed and upon reaching the hotel at 11pm, I was informed by phone that it was impossible to be let in and the guy hung up on me. Was then stranded outside with no hotel and no taxi. Apparently, the small print suggests a last check in time, but who can foresee flight delays. AVOID at all costs.

Great location
Very close to the terminal and walking distance to most major sites. Good enough for a short stay on a budget. Very small bathroom and be aware of no lift.

Absolutely worst choice for a room.
Crazy to me this place is rated as high as it is. Rooms were terrible with barely functioning AC. ALL 3 rooms we were given all had mold in the bathroom. We were using this for our last night in rome, so just decided to have a late night and sleep on the plane.

Hidden Gem
My son & I stayed at the Prassede for a few days. It was extremely clean. To be quite frank I was pleasantly surprised. The place is old & an at first site appeared to be in a sketchy part of town. But after exploring Rome. That is just the way Rome is. We were literally 10 mins from the Coliseum by walking, 3 blocks from Termini station & 2 metro stops from Fountain Tervi. The area was safe even at night. The hotel was an international melting pot with school kids from Germany, an elderly woman from SC & Italian nationals. It's no where near a 3 star hotel. It is clean & safe.

Buena ubicación aunque algo ruidosa
Muy buena ubicación en una calle tranquila y cerca de transportes. El problema es el ruido en el interior. Se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones.

La ubicación ideal, cerca de la estación de tren sin estar alrededor de tanto barullo, el hotel muy tranquilo, comodo y limpio, la atención 100 puntos, todos sin excepcion muy amables, nos dieron indicaciones de todo lo cerca y como llegar a los sitios de interes nada mas llegar al hotel, lo recomiendo.

Super cerca de Vaticano!
Excelente y super cerca de Vaticano! El desayuno podría ser mejor. Un poco difícil llegar si se va a pie con maletas por las cuestas empinadas, por lo demás perfecto!

Vicino a S. Maria Maggiore
L’hotel si trova vicino alla chiesa di S.Maria Maggiore, una delle chiese più belle di Roma. Il soggiorno è stato confortevole, il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona ed economica Stanza spaziosa, con scrivania. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Världens minsta rum, litet badrum och pytteliten dusch. Otroligt centralt, nära tåg och busstationen och gångavstånd till de flesta turistattraktionerna. Liten frukost buffé som ändå lyckades täcka in det viktigaste. Väl värt pengarna om man är ok med små och lyhörda rum. ( Liten tvärgata så trafiken är inget problem)
