Not a great area to stay!
No room service was offered, they did not tell us that room service would only be until 12pm. If you were not out of the room by noon then you had the same sheets and a dirty room, mind you we walked all day so with a family of 6 to get everyone up very early, showred, dressed and out before noon was impossible. Not fair to a customer who is on vacation. Also they dont mention that the hotel is in the middle of the worst, dirtiest, full.of crime city. Do not stay in this area with children, I almost had my child abducted! Rooms are very small it's a room with 5 beds in it all cramped, beds I guess in all Europe are pretty hard and uncomfortable.I do not recomend to stay here. Almost $500 dollars for 4 nights is not worth it here. I'd say pay a little extra and stay in a nice area. In this city if your from California, it's like staying in central of Downtown LA. Trash everywhere and many homeless asking for money. Very sad to see.

Do not book this "hotel". They will take you to another place in some sketchy alleyway. The rooms are filthy and there are no modern elevator. Do yourself a favor and find something else.

Dont go to this hotel ever they are frods.
It was the worst experience ever, we were not allowed to checkin in the hotel and were shifted in some other hotel which was far from that place. the services were pathetic too.

We needed to modify our dates slightly due to health issues. It was searingly hot when we arrived in Rome and having lugged suitcases up stairs and minuscule elevator we were told we had been 'relocated' to a hotel around the corner.... More lugging, more stairs, another minuscule lift! Breakfast - which was included- was a croissant and tea/coffee at a bar around the corner: hardly what we expected. The hotel was, very gratefully, air conditioned; it was clean and the staff helpful. The wifi was hopeless!!! A one dot level; completely inadequate for trying to manage business.

This is not the place to stay for a family of 5. The family room was no bigger than a shoe box. We had trouble checking in even though 2 of us spoke Italian. Thankfully we only needed a bed for one night as we arrived in Rome late at night and were leaving on a train the next morning. Therefore this hotel was perfect for our needs as it is directly opposite the station. However the area at night is not desirable and I could not have stayed in the room for more than a night with my husband 2 teenage children and my father. It is definitely not big enough for an extended stay. However on this occasion it suited our needs.

Great Location! 5 spaces slept 3 adults and 4children 7 and under. It was close quarters but we were out all day and needed a clean place to crash. Bathroom was decent. ventilation problems but had a fan. There was mildew on the ceiling. No ventilation plus. shower was clean. Small shower stall must cut off water to get a lather. room window (large) opened to a courtyard that was great for fresh air and light but not for a view. don't know what was down there. I just didn't want to look. But there were other tenants across the courtyard the entry way to the building (shared building) was dirty. There was bagged trash near the elevator and that area smelled like yep, urine. I would return. my mom was put off by room size. Double bed and single bed foot to foot with single bed head against a two person table (no room to scoot the chairs out fully). Other side was a wall pull out bunk bed. Next to a closet next to a flat screen tv). breakfast=a croissant +drink from an outdoor cafe. Visit the sights in the neighborhood- some kind of basilica and museum five mins walking. A sort of china town nearby and some vendors. Sightseeing tour buses nearby. a grocery store across the street (in the train station but accessible from a different entrance) with great prices for water (25 cents for the 1.5liter), baguettes less than 1€... Expedia says hotel will charge your card after your stay. you provide the card when you checkout. There is a 5% fee to pay with credit card.

Great location close to station host/reception very friendly but this is more rooms in apartment blocks over floors in the adjoining budings no real hotel facilities

Good place to stay right next to main Metro
Giving Hotel Viennese 4 based on the fact its a 1 start hotel which one needs to keep in mind when looking at reviews! The hotel is right out side the train station which is great when you are using the local Metro to get around the city. The two gentlemen we meet at the desk (which is on the 2nd floor of the building and has a small old style elevator) where very fun to talk with and helpful with any questions we asked. Our room was in another building around the corner from the main location on the 6th floor. The rooms where small compared to anything you would find in the USA but for Roma they are average for this price range, a comparison would be like a small room at Hotel 6. The water pressure in the shower was great and had hot water all the time. Air conditioning took about 10 min to cool off the room, which is fine only thing I did not like is they turned it off when they cleaned the room :) Beds where a bit on the hard side but no more then other hotels I have stayed at. They have a laptop in the room for you to use plus wireless internet which worked well, was able to make calls using VOIP with out any issues. They help SkyTV with may US stations. Also they give you a voucher for breakfast at the corner cafe which makes EXCELLENT cappuccino and baked good, about 5 euro value. They have a deal for MINO restaurant which is right on the same block, the $12 euro lunch/dinner was the best deal. Very good food and a nice atmosphere. Over all a good experience.

Very good location, and cheap price. But the room is smelly, and the bed covers are way too dirty. Since the second day living in this hotel, 3 of us found some red spots on our arms!! Seriously, we are now thinking about to seek a doctor.

Det er ikke morsomt at stå på gaden - Via Marsala 64 kl. 23.30 og ringe på klokken til hotel Viennese og intet sker i ca. 15 min. En elskværdig italiener bemærkede vor pinlige situation, og kom os til hjælp, foretog flere opringninger til hotellet, og først 10-15 senere får han forbindelse til en medarbejder på hotel Viennese - så langt så godt! - men så viser det sig, at indgangen til hotellet ligger i en anden gade rundt hjørnet - jeg husker ikke navnet! Ikke porfessionelt, når man anfører, at hotellet har reception 24/7

No respetaron la reserva, al llegar, me enviaron a un hotel de mala muerte, me cobraron las tres noches de mi reserva, me trasladaron al hotel vienese el tercer dia, cuando llrgue a la recepcion me cobraron de nuevo la ultima noche, se hicieron los estupidos mevrobaron mi dinero y me expulsaron de forma grocera del hotel. Ni se les ocurra llegar ahi. Las fotos de la publicidad son un montaje.

Lamentable experiencia! Solo remodelado...!
No me dieron recibo oficial...un papelucho!!! Pague 189,- por tres noches con impuesto . No tiene cortinas, por lo que debes tener las persianas cerradas... porque te ven desde otros hospedajes Pedí que me despertaron el día que debía partir para ir al aeropuerto... Se lo recordé a los cuatro empleados de distintos horarios...Y ME ASEGURARON QUE ASI SERÍA.).debí despertarlo yo... para devolverle las llaves...salió en camiseta. El desayuno se servía en un local vecino...el.ultimo día fui a las 6,30 ( hora de apertura, y me fui...a las 6,40. Aún estaba cerrado) No me cambiaron las toallas, y el último día apenas me estiraron la cama. Cuando me fui a duchar...saluda apenas un chorrito y cuando volví a la noche no había ni para enjuagarse las manos...terminaron de arreglar el problema a eso de las 22 hs Y me dieron dos toallas de mano. Porque no les quedaban toallones Lo único rescatable...la empleada part timé... Una estudiante de psicología. Si les interesa... escanee el "recibo" Bueno...uds. tienen la última palabra! El 28 voy al.hotel Spagna de Florencia... díganles que me traten como corresponde Buenas noches!

Struttura pessima! zona disagiata, sporca, pieno di criminalità, molto vicino alla stazione Termini. Il bagno è fuori dalla stanza, in un corridoio comune. Piccolissimo, sono alto 1.75 x 68 kg e ho fatto fatica anche a fare la doccia. La colazione è inclusa ma al bar a 60 metri di distanza. Pessimo. Non ci tornerei mai più.

Camera strettissima, con cattivo odore permanente , doccia con la muffa sulle piastrelle,come kit bagno c'era solo una piccola saponetta ma non c'era neanche la carta igienica. Brutto.

appena arrivati ci hanno detto che non cerano posti e ci hanno mandato in un altro hotel terribile e non eravamo gli unici a cui e successo , cioè ci hanno fatto pagare come se soggiornassimo in quel hotel e ci hanno mandato in una camera improvvisata di un altro che penso non fosse ne anche un hotel, dove cerano due letti buttati li vicino a dei tavoli impilati per fare spazio al secondo letto..

Arrivate a destinazione, c hanno portato in un altro hotel. E già là, mi erano girate le bale. Un foglietto volante x la colazione nel bar li vicino. Doccia rotta, l acqua usciva dall alto. L acqua calda se esce dalla doccia, c'è la possibilità di usarla anche nel bidè. Lo sciacquone bisogna premerlo 5 volte se ti va bene. X lavarsi c era solo la saponetta. Il bagno era veramente sporco. Mai più

Veramente per chi non ha pretese
Abbiamo prenotato la camera online notando il punteggio appena sufficiente ma la posizione e il prezzo hanno avuto la meglio sulla scelta. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ma una volta arrivati abbiamo realizzato che lo stato della camera era davvero deludente: buchi nei muri, odore sgradevole, bagno minuscolo, muri e stato generale molto trasandati. Abbiamo deciso subito di cambiare struttura. È un alloggio che può andare bene solo a chi non ha davvero nessuna pretesa e si accontenta di tutto.

horrivel, voce chega no hotel e nem recepçao tem, tem que ir no segundo andar e antes disso voce passa pelos aptos, ao chegar ja vi o primeiro apto com a porta aberta e um casal conversando na cama, depois mais outro quarto aberto com gente conversando pra s[o depois chegar na recepçao de ultima categoria, qual a seguraça em um hotel desses, sem contar o elevador com grade e porta de madeira.

Prezentowane pokoje na stronie internetowej Hotelu Viennese Rzym -w rzeczywistości okazały się całkiem inne,gdyż znajdowały się całkiem w innym budynku. Były brudne,panował nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju,brak klimatyzacji,Obsługa bardzo nieprzyjemna wręcz ordynarnie zachowywała się jak poinformowałam że to nie ten pokój rezerwowałam,trudno było się porozumieć nawet w języku angielskim.Brak było parkingu pomimo iż padło pytanie czy potrzebuję go.Z tego co się zorientowałam nie byłam pierwszą osobą która zastała wprowadzona w błąd ,takiego pokoju napewno nie rezerwowałam bym.Nie polecam tego hotelu gdyż można w Rzymie za te same pieniądze znaleźć naprawdę super hotel.

Una decepción. Primero que se cobraron por una noche que no utilicé por un retraso en mi vuelo. Segundo que pesar de haber pagado por adelantado para una tercera noche para utilizarlo a mi retorno de Venecia, me dijeron que no habia habitaciones. Me hicieron esperar en el pasadizo y ante mi reclamo insistenete me cambiaron de hotel. Y para colmo se habían cobrado de adelantado una noche que no me quisieron considerar a cuenta de lo que estuve. Sino que me dijeron que en dos semanas me devolverian ese pago. Ojalá que así sea.

Personas de la recepcion muy amables! Nos dieron informacion turistica en seguida. El cuarto estaba limpio y la limpieza era diaria. El desayuno no es muy completo pero se lo toma en un cafe muy bonito cerca del hotel.barato y bueno!

Appena arrivati ci hanno spostato in un altro hotel, sicuramente meno curato del primo; è un hotel adatto a brevi soggiorni, per chi non ha grandi esigenze, o per chi ha solo necessità di un punto d'appoggio per la notte; buona la pulizia della camera, anche se il bagno aveva la doccia piena di calcare e il rubinetto rotto. Altra nota poco positiva è l prima colazione: ci sono stati dati dei buoni da utilizzare nel bar sottostante, dove ci hanno servito con 3 briches e 2 cappuccini, e nonostante abbia richiesto un salato per la nostra bambina, ci hanno fatto pagare la differenza... Per la cifra sborsata, ci siamo accontentati, ma la prossima volta non credo che troneremo lì.

No había reservado mi habitación, por lo que cuando llegue no tenían habitaciones libres y sin preguntar me llevaron a otro hotel, a la vuelta de la esquina el cual no estuvo mal, sin embargo ya había pagado el hotel por adelantado y al finalizar la otra estancia me cobraron por la limpieza del hotel, cosa que no han hecho con otros hoteles en los que me he quedado, no lo recomiendo.
