Front door of hotel is marked, but unassuming because the hotel does NOT occupy any space on the ground level of the building. Our room was small, but just enough space for 2 adults and 2 suitcases. As others have noted, there are 15 - stairs to get from the street to the reception desk, then a small elevator to get to the higher floors. Our room was above the front door, looking over the street and we didn't have any trouble with nighttime street noise in mid June 2023. Free pastries, coffee and juice in the mornings with a sitting area near the reception desk. Air conditioning in room was sufficient, but not very cold. In order to run the air handler, remember to insert the room's key card into the slot near the thermostat, then press the power button on the thermostat itself and lower the temperature to 16C˚. When you leave the room to explore the city, take the keycard with you. This de-energizes the entire room to save energy while the room is unoccupied. When you get back to the hotel, the room will be hot, but just re-energize the thermostat and take a cool shower while the room cools down. Only one keycard is given per room, so don't think you can get away with being wasteful and leaving the air running while the room is empty. Hotel location is very close to the Spanish Steps and a slightly longer walk to Trevi Fountain. We mostly walked, so never had to deal with a car.
