My mom and I stayed here for 5 nights on our first ever visit to Rome. The rooms are located on one floor of a larger building and you are given your own set of keys to access the doors. there are 4 doors to open in total to get to your room so I felt very secure! I was pleasantly surprised with In Trastevere House. It seemed that Annalisa and the others had thought of every detail from the complimentary coffee, juice, water, toast, and jam, to the map of the city, to the restaurant recommendations.
The only thing that wasn't great for me was the street noise as all the rooms face a fairly busy street with a tram that also passes frequently. Unless you are a light sleeper like me this shouldn't be a problem. However, the little balcony off each of the rooms is a really nice amenity.
