Extraordinary location
The location is spectacular- a block from the Vatican and all the beautiful churches and museums. This property seems to be an apartment converted into multiple rooms so there is no reception area but once in the room it is comfortable. It was quiet and had everything you need.

The location was great. Should state that it is an apt in a building with rooms with onsuites with your own key. Was able to get in becuase cleaning lady was there to assist. It was clean good for a day or 2 to stay and sleep. Bo amenities. View of vatican litteraly across the street but not the entrance is about 10 mins by taxi.

Location is amazing. Room was ok. Information was limited. It says parking is available but there is a lack of clarity about what this means. You cannot drive up to the address. More detailed information about parking and access would make a huge difference. Only way to contact property was by phone.

Location ok. Check-in horrible. If it hadn’t been for meeting a lady in front of the building who was staying at the same place, I’m not sure how we would have gotten inside. Did not stay in the larger room that we paid for because itches difficult to get a hold of the host.

Great location! Close proximity to Vatican City and major sites like the Pantheon. Loved the location and would consider staying here again. One negative was that our air conditioner did not work correctly. We reached out to management and left a voicemail letting them know of the situation. They never called back which left my husband YouTubing videos on how to fix the air conditioner. Fortunately it started to work after that. Other than that the property and location was great!

Host is very responsive. Property is VERY clean. Air-Con is a plus. Location is perfect! Can walk right to Vatican Square in 3 minutes! Wow! Ask for the room with the view of the Basilica!

Great location next to the Vatican. Not amazing location for public transportation, it’s a but if a walk to get to most bus/metro locations. But the Vatican is just across the street so that is really good. The property is basically a room with a bathroom so don’t expect a hotel like experience. Clean but you can hear everyone coming in and out of the other rooms in the building. Decent value but nothing special.

A great stay in Rome, Italy
Our room was across the street from the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. The manager Cassandra was very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and even booked us a taxi on departure. A great stay, Highly recommended.

As advertised. A great deal for the location! Downside is the noise of traffic at night since it’s on a busy street but I knew this risk and brought earplugs and was fine. A beautiful view of the dome of St Peter’s right outside my window.

Cassandra was extremely kind and welcoming! Our room had a beautiful view of St. Peter’s, the Vatican was across the street and a bus stop to the center of Rome was just in front of our hotel.

Cassandra was very accommodating and professional. The inn is old from the exterior but interior is newly renovated and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Loved the accessibility of the inn to the Vatican, resto and shops.

Be careful
We had contacted the property detailing our arrival. This was a Sunday. Nobody was there to open the door. This is a building with a main door and different tenants occupy different floors. This is not a hotel or hostel, but rather a floor with some bedrooms. We made several calls to the owner. She does not pick up the phone. She returns calls after you hang up. She gave us the code and we entered after an hour of waiting in the street. We asked for two beds, and the second bed was a sofa that had no blankets. The shower clogged and puddled. The linens were not clean. There were insects in the bedspread inside the closet. The owner called her sister to come and clean and disinfect. After all of this, the owner was willing to help. During the 8 days we stayed, they only had the cleaning lady come once. We saw her other days, but she only had not been hired to clean the other days. The location is good and the bus stop is at the front door. There is no permanent staff on site.

Be Careful With This Place
This place is a disaster. By far the worst place I stayed in Italy. Cassandra, the property manager, never responded to us after we asked her if the room had been cleaned (the trash can was full with disgusting stuff like masks and tampons). The room is also not as advertised. There were only 2 really thin pillows. We asked for more pillows upon booking. She responded with 2 couch cushions. She never responded to me again, even upon checkout. Very unprofessional. I would never stay here again.

Check-in and out was horrible. First we waited long for check in and was not able to do check out with anyone. Second, a set of 3 keys was pretty annoying and scary to loose. Third, I was over charged for “taxes” I texted the girl Cassandra who seemed very friendly at first, but was so unprofessional to not even text back when I asked about the over charge and the check out process. No shampoo, or soap for individual rooms; all rooms share (not so sanitary) Only good thing I must say, the location is great and room was comfy. Luckily, we only stayed for one night, don’t think I could’ve been there longer.

It was clean, comfy bed, nice view of the Vatican and a decent location if you want to be right next to the Vatican. Check in was a little bit annoying as we had to stand outside for about 30 minutes during the noted check in period with all of our bags and we weren't getting responses from the staff. Also, having multiple keys and codes made it confusing getting in and out of the room. Otherwise, it was affordable and the inside was nice. I don't really have complaints other than the check in. Staff was friendly and the internet was decent.

Perfect little space for visiting Rome
Very friendly staff, went out of her way to ensure we knew where everything was. Perfect location for site seeing, with 2 bus stops outside the door, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars within a stone's throw away.

It is NOT sound proof
It is not as advertised, no vending machine, coffee maker was broken, no microwave only a hot pot that boiled all over the floor, no paper towels to clean it up had to use bath mat, no shampo, soap, bathrobe. But it is close to the Vatican. It would be alright for a night or two but being on the main street where ambulance sirens wake you at all hours you suffer sleep deprivation.

Location is fabulous...walking distance to St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.You can buy freshly baked breads and coffee of your choice in lots of eating places downstairs..and souvenirs for good prices.Bus stop is just in front of the hotel too!

we absolutely LOVE this property! it was our second stay here! it is truly PERFECT! we adore Cassandra and think the world of her! she is so informative and knows everything! the room was SPOTLESS and everything was so beautiful! we LOVE the view out the window to the Basilica...we would LOVE to stay here EVERY time we come to Rome! it is the BEST place..and could NOT be any nicer! the buses were great and so accessible..and the Vatican is REALLY close by! thank you SO much Cassndra for your warmth and hospitality!! :)

Great location, clean and updated. Cons bed is very hard. We arrived later than normal check in so we were able to get keys at cafe next door. Worked fine. Super close to the Sistine chapel and everything and just a $10 can over to the other main sites.

Completely ruined our trip to Rome - we left after one night it was so hideous. Firstly we were unable to access the bulding as the check in and out is done remotely by the owner, who I had to call about 5 times to make contact with the property to allow us in. It is not manned apart from the cleaner midday. We were let in and instructed to take Room 4. It was absolutely NOTHING like any of the pictures. It was a CAMP bed suspended from a wall, with about one foot of walking space on two of the four sides of the bed. The other two sides of the bed were attached to the wall and obstructing the window. There was a lot of filth in the gap between the bed and the wall which hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. After barely sleeping because of all the doors banging in the hallway and feeling sick from the filth, we complained to expedia who arranged for us to move rooms. This was too late as the room allocated was an absolute marketing fraud and had ruined our single day in Rome. Be vary aware that you may find your room does not resemble anything like the pictures. Disgrsceful. The property has refused any sort of refund and i will be taking this up with my credit card provider.

Room was small, that was acceptable. Very disappointed with the smell of mold that came from the bathroom. The ceiling above the shower and the walls by the floor had mold and mildew. The shower needed a good bleaching and scrubbing. Also only gave us each one hand towel and one bath towel for our 3 night stay. The girl, Cassandra was very nice and made check in very easy. Would Not recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. Sorry for the bad review. I usually don’t leave a review, but think it’s important that others know.
