The house is developed on a compact but complete layout: a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an armchair bed for an extra guest), a bright living room where you can relax, an equipped kitchen for those who like to prepare something independently, and a private bathroom. The washing machine is available for guests, ideal for longer stays or for those traveling with little luggage.

Via Filippo Turati area is one of the most characteristic streets of the Esquiline district: historic shops, ethnic markets, traditional Roman taverns and multicultural clubs coexist here. Piazza Vittorio, a stone's throw away, is one of the most beautiful green lungs in the center, with its gardens and the ruins of Porta Magica. Termini Station is a very short walk away, perfect for those arriving at high speeds or who need to take the airport.
