It was in the center of rome so we were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit. Staff although not physically present, was able to resolve all my questions in a quickly manner.

This property was beautiful and elegant. Staff was very responsive if we had any questions or issues. They were also super nice. The property was centrally located and within walking distance of everything. We loved Navona Grand Suite, and we highly recommend!

We did not stay at Navona Suite as our booking was cancelled at the last minute. We stayed at Opera House Guest. It was near the train station but a long was from the main sightseeing sites. It was very noisy due to building works going on nearby. The apartment was tired and a little shabby. It was disappointing as if we had had our original choice, we would have had a good location and better apartment.

Nice property in a nice location. Very quiet as it has limited vehicle traffic. The room we were in was hard to find as the instructions were like google translated and didn’t make perfect sense in English. All good we are in another country and respect sometimes there are communication limitations. Also while there is an elevator this property is in no way wheelchair accessible. We were a little disappointed the the room we booked was switched and we were not notified. We had searched out a hotel and booked a room with a tub and that is not what we received. Overall the room was okay. The staff replied immediately when we couldn’t find the room so that was appreciated.

Nice big room and fabulous location
Our family had a great stay at the Navona Grand Suite. The room was very spacious but the best part was the location. Its right in the middle of Rome, walking distance the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colessium, etc.

Beautiful apartment with great location. My room was clean and large. Checkin instructions were accurate and easy to follow. My stay would be perfect if I didn't bump my forehead against the tiny door at the main entrance (the main entrance was closed most of the time with only a tiny door for in and out.

We loved everything about this property. It was classic Italian (beautiful furnishings and furniture), very comfortable bed, clean and we felt safe. The owner was very friendly, helpful and just outside our room was an area that supplied free coffee, tea, cakes etc. The location was perfect, with lots of historical sites within easy reach, some only a few minutes walk. The Piazza Navona, literally just around the corner is a must. Beautiful baroque architecture and gorgeous fountains with lots of eateries. The evening lights up with performing artists, painters … perfect for a stroll. The little cafe entering the Piazza has the best coffee and pistachio croissants. We were only there for 2 nights but 3 would have been better to see more. Highly recommend this property.

The quaint and historic property although difficult to find was centrally located to all the major sites of Rome. The floor of the room needed cleaning and the shower stall was too short for taller people but overall, this property was a neat gem in central Rome close to good restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The directions were clear. They seemed complicated but it all made sense when we arrived, everything was just as it was stated. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the major sites that we wanted to see. Quiet streets away from the noise and hustle of the busy piazzas. We enjoyed the piazzas, of course, but it was nice to get back to our quiet streets. Two restaurants very close to the hotel had superb food. The restaurants in the more trafficked areas were not as good. Our favorite part of the room was the lovely little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The authenticity of the property was unique. But the rooms were very dirty. The bathroom smells mildew, the toilet was dirty. The floor was never mopped and everything was extremely dusty. Dear Guest, Thank you for your review, we did a check with the housekeeper to understand why your room was so neglected and the housekeeper apologizes but during your stay it was not possible to do more because your things left scattered anywhere in the room didn't allow for proper housekeeping, and housekeepers aren't allowed to move your personal items. Our rooms are furnished with antique and unique objects not with old and broken things ... but on this I can only say that we are sorry that you have booked the wrong place for you. We were pleased to have your opinion and we thank you for your contribution.

Charming Luxury Accommodation
This hotel is a gem! It was extremely spacious and had luxury fixtures. The room had great air conditioning and was very clean. I can’t believe the price of the room but still got luxury accomplished, incredible value. It’s not a room service type hotel with amenities like pool or spa, but we weren’t looking for that. And it’s such a charming historic place. The hotel managers are very generous and are happy to help with booking cabs or local suggestions. Location is not in a touristy, overcrowded area. You feel more like you’re living like a local. Close walk to all the major attractions.

THE BEST OF EVERYTHING! This place was amazing in every way. Was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Location was perfect. Not right on the tourist areas, but close enough to walk to many famous Roman attractions (Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Vatican). 15 minute walk to the Spagna metro stop. Two of the best restaurants we ate at in Rome are 100 feet away from this hotel’s front door. Could not have asked for a better or quieter location. Thank You

Beautiful place to stay full of Italian charm. The bed was really comfortable, the bath and shower were so nice and very welcome after a long day sightseeing. There is a shared area with drinks ( my husband loved the coffees!) treats and shared resources such as an iron and board. everything you could need is provided alongside your privacy while you are there. check in was hassle free with easy to follow instructions. cleaners etc. are discreet and we never saw anyone but had our room cleaned and freshened up everyday. the manager is easily contactable if needed. the accommodation was in walking distance for all the main attractions. Perfect start to our travels. we would highly recommend.

The suites are nicely decorated with antiques and very clean! You can easily walk to many sites and reasonably priced restaurants. The best part of our stay was the staff! Even though the staff is not always on site, they were very responsive to our needs. We felt like guests at someone's home. We can't wait to stay again.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The suite was spacious, clean and charming. A luxurious bathroom and a small balcony were extra perks. But the best part of our stay was our helpful and friendly host - a wealth of information and assistance. The hospitality room had a selection of beverages and pastries to start the day.

This property is quintessential Italy. It is in a great location with reasonable rates. Walkable to most attractions. The common or “Living Room” was clean and tidy. The issue we had was with our particular room. It has plaster peeling off the walls because of obvious water leaks, the baseboards in the bathroom were falling off the walls, the shower has mold around the shower pan and it would not drain. We told management about the shower drain and it was corrected that day while we were out. The wardrobe was difficult to use because the door was blocked by the bed and would not open all the way and would not stay open. The lighting consisted of two bedside lamps that were heavily shaded and a chandelier that had a third of the bulbs burnt out. There were four LED spots that shown up to a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling but they didn’t help much with the lighting in the room. We would stay here again but would get a different room. This is a very unique hotel with coded entry because there is no onsite staff other than the daily maid service. Communication with the staff was easy via WhatsApp. Luggage drop before checking is easy and secure.
