Wonderful! Staff are great. Location is perfect. You can walk to so many places and take in the sights along the way. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Location was great. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods ranging from hot to cold.

Fabulous hotel and staff are incredible. Breakfast was small but tasty and the cappuccinos were excellent. Staff provided incredible recommendations and instructions on how to get everywhere and do everything!

small, charming and convenient
The hotel is small and charming as was our room. it was very conveniently located on a quiet street with nice shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and accessible by text and email all the time. Although we did not eat there, the restaurant downstairs is very convenient. There is a sister hotel/guesthouse that is called River house which has additional rooms. Breakfast was also included and very good.

The room is tooooooo tiny and you barely have a place to walk to your bed. The bathroom is big but I feel like the room is not clean. I won’t go again.

Did not get upgraded did not get bottle of wine. Front desk acted like they did not know anything about Expedia at all. This is not the first time this happen w hotels. Perhaps is time to move on from Expedia to someone else who can deliver

Amazing staff and location. Property is in walking distance to most attractions (5min to Castelo SantAngelo), 10 min to Pizza Navona, 20 min to Saint Peter's square, 20 min to Piazza Venezia and about 30 mon to Colosseum) Shopping streets are about 10 min away. Very clean hotel, located on the quite street. However, lots of policy posts around. So very secure.

The Hotel is very well positioned and the staff is friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the Room is not so well maintained. Water was getting out of the shower and sink was stacked.

Good location, but with some issues.
The hotel is small and well located, nice modern decor, breakfast is ok. What I hated is that you can’t see out of any of the rooms, even if by street. Their reasoning for blocking view to street is “privacy”. There should an alternative, like shutters. Not enough towels were provided and when you shower the bathroom gets inundated due to bad design to hold water back from flowing out.

We liked the location and the staff who all had a great disposition towards us and were very helpful with any assistance w eveeything directions taxi ... And the comp breakfast as well as their menu was very good.

Great location. This hotel is small and with not many amenities but the people that there are Amazing, they are always willing to help you with whatever need you will have. Breakfast is also very good. The hotel is literally 10-20 mins walking distance from mayor landmarks in Rome.

Fab!!
Very clean, fab location (10 mins to Vatican, 5 mins to castle of angels, 10 mins to piazza Navona/ pantheon, near bus route, but not close to metro. Staff were fantastic, ever so helpful & always wanted to do more. Very safe area, easy to walk every where.

This property was conveniently located close to all of the iconic sites to see in Rome, however I’ve literally stayed in larger cruise ship cabins!

Room was great. Great location. No stairs, all rooms at ground level. I requested the "romantic package" and it was worth it. My wife was pleased with the wine, chocolate and other goodies, as well as the beautiful flowers.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming and made our stay one up remember. Fantastic advice given to us when visiting the colosseum saved us waiting in the long queues, thanks for that. Had a fantastic weekend and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Navona Street Hotel. The room was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us with directions to attractions and gave recommendations on places to eat. The breakfast was exceptional. If ever in Rome again we will certainly stay there again.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was very accommodating, nice, and helpful. The breakfast selection is also very good and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Overall we had a wonderful stay and this hotel and would definitely recommend anyone who is traveling to Rome to stay at this hotel.
