The hotel could do with an upgrade and more staff.
The decor could do with upgrading and new shower units installed as ours had mould around the bottom. The place was badly understaffed and this created a bad atmosphere from some of the staff who were obviously doing extremely long shifts of varying tasks. The girl on reception was very helpful. And one of the waiters Ricardo, gave excellent service. The rooms had no hotel information in them therefore we had to go back and forwards to reception in order to find out various things. ie. WiFi code, dining times, pool times etc. The main bed in our room was very comfortable but the sofa bed left a lot to be desired and should have been disposed of at least 10 years ago. Very uncomfortable.

The beds were terrible and killed my back. The water was never hot enough. We checked in and only found three hangers for the both of us. The transportation to city center was really an issue. The shuttle to the subway station 10 minutes away was not frequent enough and left early at times. Taxis and Uber were extremely/impossible diffucult to get. If you had specific events in the city to get to the cost would be 35-45 euros each way. I found a hotel next to Roma Termini central train station for the same price for the night before departing Rome.

Rudest person in Italy works here.
First, I will say the hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are very nice. HOWEVER, I would not suggest to anyone to stay at this hotel because of the rude staff. We checked in on Sunday, October 5th. The young woman that is the receptiontist was the ABSOLUTELY RUDEST PERSON we encountered during our entire 3 week vacation in Europe. Any question we asked her,The answer was always, "I don't know." in a snotty tone. "When does the shuttle leave for the metro?" "I don't know." "How much is the metro?" "I don't know." "Do you know where a laundry is?" "I don't know." If she were my employee, I would fire her. We talked to other people during the breakfast, and they were complaining about her too.

We arrived early and still got our room, the staff waited 10 minutes for us to get the last morning shuttle so we could get to the Metro station. About a 20 minute Metro into the centre of Rome. Room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was great. Continental and some hot food, eggs, bacon and sausages. The pool looked lovely, unfortunately we didnt have time to use it.

Excellent access to Rome's attractions
We spent two nights at this Hotel. We were in room 34 and oddly had some disturbance from what seemed like the adjoining room both nights even though on one night it was unoccupied. This took the form of mild slamming on a regular basis. When mentioned to the reception staff they could not account for it. However the room was 1st rate although I have never experienced such hot water almost to the point of scolding if you are not careful. The food was good and apart from one female receptionist who really didn't seem to have any time for you the staff were excellent. The one great benefit, however, is the shuttle service to the nearest Metro that takes you all the way into the centre of Rome where you can pick up a hop on hop off open top tour of all the main attractions just outside the central station. The fact that there is free parking at this Hotel is another bonus so highly recommended.

This hotel is on the edge of the countryside and in order to get into the city centre you need to get a bus or shuttle bus (provided by the hotel but only runs until 9.50pm during the week) followed by a half hour metro journey. For those wanting a city break or for those who would rather stay out a bit later and not have to keep an eye on bus times it is not really suitable. People with a car, families and older people may appreciate this hotel more than we did. The pool area is lovely and the hotel itself is quite decent. Breakfast is adequate and there is variety available. We were a bit disappointed that there was nowhere outside for us to sit - the bar shuts at 7.30pm and we didn't even have chairs in our hotel room. It was a pleasant stay overall but wish we had booked somewhere more central

Great Location
This was 2nd time we have stayed here and will do so again. It's so convenient for trains and metro into Rome and to Ciampino Airport, yet feels like it's out in the quiet countryside. An aeroplane goes over now and then but it's not intrusive. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Was concerned though that the reception desk was left unattended whilst customer details and passports were in full view, not good in this day and age, hopefully this won't happen again now it's been highlighted.

Nice hotel, basic, reasonable value
The rooms were fairly basic, but equipped with everything needed for a few days in the area. The breakfast buffet was quite limited, but the restaurant was ok, and I'm sure the pool area is very nice when the season is in full swing. One thing the place could benefit from is a bar area - the only social area is the restaurant, and it would be nice to unwind after a long day with a drink before dinner!

Molto carina, silenziosa, personale cordiale e disponibile, molto pulito. Unico neo, i trasporti pubblici, un po' distanti, circa 600 mt. ma con le belle giornate non da fastidio fare 2 passi. Ottimo, sicuramente ci tornerò.

Shuttleservice van hotel naar dichtstbijzijnde metrostation werkt op zich prima, maar tot uiterlijk 21.50 uur. De weg van het metrostation naar het hotel is te ver om te lopen en niet erg veilig 's avonds laat.

Piccolo Borgo - Jederzeit wieder..
Unser Aufenthalt war absolut zufriedenstellend, das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Zimmerservice. Hervorzuheben wäre noch der Shuttle-Service zur Metro, der in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwähnt wurde und von dem wir angenehm überrascht wurden und ihn auch täglich in Anspruch genommen haben. Einen kleinen negativen Aspekt haben wir dann doch noch : Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte man etwas abwechsungsreicher gestalten, Gemüse wie etwa Tomaten oder Gurken wurden gar nicht angeboten. Alles in Allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, bei einem nächsten Mal in Rom würden wir dort wieder buchen.

Sn molto belle queste stanze indipendenti in un contesto quasi residenziale devo dire con sn stato pochissimo ma molto bello e regnava la tranquillità nel mio caso ho trovato la doccia senza acqua calda il phone rotto e il water che continuava a scaricare acqua senza fermarsi x il resto molto gradevole
