Incredible property in terms of amenities and the buildings etc. the spa is huge and the massages very good. The hotel should make it clearer to book in advance and the spa voucher really is just access to the spa not any treatments. Perhaps a language barrier because it wasn't made super clear what you can or cannot do. Overall amazing to have a spa within 10 minutes of the airport. I would recommend a taxi to the airport compared to the shuttle. Taxi is €24 compared to €14 and you get a bmw/Mercedes at the exact time you want with no wait. The wait for the shuttle when you arrive at the airport is a bit hit and miss. Way shorter than the taxi line but it's not obvious what to do. Be better if you could just give the hotel your flight number and the shuttle arrives 15 mins after it arrives or a timetable

Relaxing area, however you are subject to the fees and rules. They have restaurants but expensive. The happy hour you have to wear a robe. There are no bathrooms close to the pool and hot tube so I had a hard time enjoying them since I didn't see people getting out. The massage was good, loved the indoor spa area. The staff was good.

The property it self is beautiful and staff is nice. Was our last night in Italy and spa sounded good but we were wrong everything was crowded with people not even staying at the hotel so couldn’t get into any of the pools. O would avoid this place not worth the money

It was a beautiful property but had a bunch of weird rules and felt very culty bc you literally were not allowed to walk around in most areas unless you were wearing one of their bathrobes and uncomfortable as hell flip flops. Plus I was pissed bc the restaurant is very pricey, I ordered a steak. The plate was sliced steak with one cooked celery. After trying the steak I spit it in my napkin and couldn’t eat anymore. The waiter finally came to take my plate and I let him know that the plate was basically untouched because I didn’t like it. He said ok and still charged me for it. We had to end up ordering food from Just Eat because we were starving after paying 88€ 😠 Also we didn’t stay for the 28€ pp buffet lunch because it creeped us out that we were the only ones in the entire room wearing regular clothes. Other than that, the property truly is beautiful! Just wear the bathrobe and you’ll be fine!

Great property, but kind of out of the way. It costs almost 30 Euros to get there from the airport, and it's only a few miles from a shopping mall (WoW) in Parco Leonardo. Getting a taxi from the hotel and airport was awesome, but getting one from Parco Leonardo to the hotel was almost impossible. When we called the hotel, they did not seem to want to help us get there to check-in.

The absolute best way to get acclimated to the time change after a long day of traveling. We love this property for the beautiful grounds, endless spa pools and delicious food. The hospitality and service are top notch.

This place is over priced, and ripoff. Dinner was ridiculous, everyone walks around in white robes, lots of loud young people STAY AWAY, CHARGES for everything.. Body Scrub fabulous. The rest is a joke

This property had unique spa areas. It's a great place to unwind and treat your jet lag or recuperate before your flight home. The staff was very nice. The room was beautiful and clean and the property was extraordinary.

Good spa hotel
This is a really good spot with great service. The spa does get busy (not as bad after 7 PM) and yes its a spot for young couples in love but overall this is a very relaxing spot that we enjoyed

This is a great end of a long trip stay book atleast one full day to enjoy the pools and food. The spa treatments are average if you have ever had a facial or massage. Nice atmosphere and spa services for first timers will be enjoyed. Book spa services ahead of time. Otherwise not worth the money or time. The food breakfast lunch happy hour and dinner lovely one time around portions very small and very expensive compated to anything else in italy. The grounds, room, and hotel pools are heated and lovely. Spa extra fee is great for one day as it opens at 9am and closes at 8pm only 3 items in the spa not available at the hotel side 1. Cold cold pool 2. Steam room 3. Sauna Hotel has a cold pool but not super cold. Hotel has a sauna but doesnt get as hot as the spa Why only one day because the menu doesnt change at all. So You have the same buffet breakfast and lunch. Which are worth evey penny. Dinner is reservation only and menu extermwly limited and frankly not that great had better in italy for much lower price and better portions.

Of all four hotels we stayed in on this 14 day Italy trip, this was the worst hotel. We sent a message to the hotel asking about late checking as our train was 1.5 hours late. No response. The room was hot and we had no control over ac temperature. We called front desk and they set it and turn it on so you have to know what temperature you want it on. God forbid you want to change it later you have to call them again. While on the phone about ac we told them about a live lizard and poop in the room. They responded with “ok”. We ordered room service as we were tired from late train. The food was acceptable. No complaints. Every other highly rated hotel we stayed at in Italy gave free mini fridge items daily. Not this one. 3 for water. Walking on the floor barefoot felt dirty. Then I found dried leaves on the floor. The “shower” had no door nor curtain so the water just gets all over the floor. The door hits the toilet because it opens into bathroom. Bed was like a trampoline. Very springy and harder side. Never saw the rest of the spa as we arrived so late and had to leave early the next day. No comment on that. We did see couples in robes walking outside. Dirty and uncomfortable.

We had been to QCTerme 6 years ago and couldn’t wait to get back. I think Covid put them in a position to reduce some of the amenities we experienced 6 years prior. The rooms need a fine tuning and good cleaning. The happy hour 6 years ago was great. This time it was a disappointment. Overall it is a stunning property…just needs some TLC

Close to airport.
We got a late check in. No one was around to help up with the bags and the room was hot and even though we turned the thermostat down it didn’t cool down. I did love the tile floors through out the hotel and there was a sprig of sage by the bed with a nice note about sage being a calming herb.

This gorgeous property was the perfect was to end our Italian vacation.. It was like being on a private estate, the rooms were well appointed and the spa was amazing. The grounds were so pretty and the staff was very helpful.

Loved the calm peaceful setting near FCO. Disliked faulty plumbing in bathroom; water from bath faucets overflowed during a bath. Water went everywhere over the beautif marble floor! Time to upgrade fixtures.

Lovely dining patio
We stayed for one night prior to returning home to the US. The romantic duplex was lovely, dinner at the hotel was excellent and so was the breakfast. The dining room patio setting was excellent. Our only issue, which was a big one, is we arrived on a Sunday and the place was overrun with day guests and it felt like a glorified holiday camp. Presumably a weekday would have been better. For this reason, I would be reluctant to return. A separate quiet pool area for hotel guests could have remedied this.
