Unique central Rome break with viewd
Fantastic break. Location was perfect with beautiful roof terrace overlooking the ancient Roman Forums. Outside bedroom window was 2000 year old Corinthian columns. Breakfast served in unique setting, complete with sweet treats displayed on grand piano. Big thanks to Barbara who stayed after her shift ended to welcome us and talk us through how to make best use of our 3 days in Rome. Suprised to have access to fully functional kitchen with Classic bedrooms. Large room with great a/c and shower. Lots of original features and furniture. Organised airport transfers. All staff very helpful. Already planning next visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Maritti. The owner Gianluca was very friendly and accommodating. We thank Barbara for arranging the transportations and breakfast for us when we had to leave in the early morning. The sunset at the roof garden was mesmerizing. We wish we could stay longer.

Character, quality and central...
A building of great character and quality, with not only a spacious room but also excellent additional spaces for sitting and catering (kettle, cooker, fridge, freezer) shared between only three rooms in our case. A superb breakfast is supplied (meat, eggs, fruit, pastries...) with faultless service and support. On top of all of this, it literally faces on to the main fora of the historic Roman centre and has a roof garden with an incredible view encompassing the Colosseum, the Pallatine and Trajan's column. We'll be back...

Gianluca, was so nice, friendly, helpful and informative. The location can’t be beat and the roof deck is spectacular!!! Would recommend to anyone traveling to Rome!

The owners were the nicest people, very welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond for us even if we stayed just for one night. Amazing location, breathtaking rooftop and great room with AC. Couldnt ask for more!!!

Wunderbares, familiengeführtes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in bester Lage. Tolle Besitzer und Personal, die auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste eingehen. Italienische Gastfreundschaft, herzlich, könnte nicht besser sein.
