Gem in Rome
This is a very good property. The location is excellent which you can visit most attractions by walk. Also, it is just a 5 mins walk to the metro station. Daniele is very helpful. He is very responsive from check in to check out.

Awesome Location, Awesome Staff
This hotel location is very accessible to say the least. You can take the SIT Bus from Fiumicino Airport then it's a short 6 minute walk from the Vatican stop. You can get to the majority of sights in Rome from here, including Castel Sant'Angelo, St Peter's Basilica all the way to the Colloseum (by walking). Room was very clean and spacious, with breakfast included (Delonghi coffee machine and an assortment of breads, juice, yoghurt and biscuits). Daniele and Ray were awesome hosts - they made sure everything was fine and checked in on a regular basis. Daniele has gone above and beyond, especially, helping us with our delayed luggage from the airport which turned up after 3 days! Thanks, gents, we'll definitely stay again when we come back to Rome!

Lovely comfortable room in good location
Lovely room in a good location to explore Rome on foot. We arrived late in the evening but Daniele had provided us with a link and videos for self check in which worked perfectly. The room was clean with a very comfortable large bed and effective air con. There was tea and coffee in the room plus a complimentary continental breakfast and a fridge with milk, bottled water and juice, nice touches which we weren’t expecting. There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Our host was friendly and helpful. A lovely stay and I would have no hesitation recommending this place

Excellent place to stay
We had a fantastic stay here. Daniele was there to greet us. He was very nice. It was my husbands birthday the day after we arrived and he was more than accommodating and supplied a birthday balloon and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The room was always clean and there were breakfast items and fridge items which were re stocked everyday, completely free of charge. The bed was extremely comfortable and Daniele was always on hand if we needed anything. He arranged our airport transfer and was there to see us off. This hotel was perfect for us to come back to after a day spend walking the beautiful city. Overall 10/10. Thank you so much Daniele and staff for an amazing memorable experience.

Daniele was always very helpful and did everyrhing he could to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was cleaned every day and,coffee and snacks were always available. Good air conditioning which was really important given the high temperatures in Rome this time of year. The propery is walking distance to many attractions and,landmarks including the Vatican and piazza de Popolo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding place to stay.
Hotel Residenza Vittoria Roma was a fantastic base for exploring Rome. It was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Checking in was easy,Daniela stayed after hours as we arrived late and held our bags on our last day as we had a late flight and could spend the day exploring. Excellent breakfast supplied daily in our room. Definitely would go back.

4 day city break in Rome
The hotel was ideal for our stay. The room is well equipped, modern, and very clean. The bedroom is comfortable with air-conditioning and a great bathroom with a good shower. There's also a shared area, too, which is great. The accommodation is on the first floor of an interesting building, all very well maintained and secure. The area is residential with loads of restaurants with lovely food. It has easy access to everything . We were well looked after by Daniele and the staff. Thanks for a great stay.

Definitely coming back, perfect experience
The service is out of this world. Amazing communication, greeted me for check in even though I was 2 hours late. Leonardi was available at all times whenever I needed him. He even booked me a taxi at 6:45 AM and made sure I got in on time. I had left my keys up but he showed up within 2 minutes to let me out. Aside from the service the hotel is in a prime location, lots of food options around, walking distance to major tourist sites. Rooms were clean and well stocked with anything you could need.

To everyone reading this and still undecided on where to stay in Rome, you have come to the right place! Daniele is a fantastic host that goes above and beyond the standards of hospitality. He welcomed us warmly and let us check in early, kudos to Ray who took care of maintaining the place clean and tidy! It was very fresh and he even cleaned it the next day too so we got home to a neat bed and pleasant room after walking the whole day, we are definitely thankful. Daniele even gave us recommendations for places to go to and where to eat, he was very responsive to all our concerns even when we needed a clothes iron. His place was fully equipped with utensils, toiletries, free snacks and goodie breakfast were readily prepared whenever we got hungry. There was nice fruits, tea and coffee too. The bed was incredible, definitely one that will give you a good sleep. The location was very good as it is in the middle of Vatican and the city center so we were near to both. They were all smiling always and ready to help us when we need them. I wont hesitate to stay with them again and recommend them to all our friends. Cheers Daniele and Ray! Job well done! Fue un muy buen hospedaje, confortable, el anfitrion Danielle fue muy amable con explicacion detallada del servicio y recoemndaciones para comer. La ubicacion muy buena, a 200 metros la estacion del metro, y a la vuelta del hospedaje la linea de autobuis de transporte. En general muy recomendable estancia. Volveria a hospedarme sin lugar a dudas.

Perfect place for your Rome adventure
Daniele was an amazing host, and was very pleasant and introduced us very nicely to the resident. The room and conmen area was spacious and perfect for a couple. The breakfast, coffee and water was complementary. The air condition and internet was really good and worked really well. The noise from outside was non existent, it was only doors from the building which was noticeable, however, much better than most city hotels. The placement was central and overall it was an amazing experience

We had a really great stay here in Rome. From the accommodation you can reach almost everything by foot. Daniele at the reception is incredibly helpful and always in a good mood. Although it was not included at all, there was a coffee machine and breakfast snacks in the room. The accommodation is an in-between hotel and Airbnb. We would do it again. Price performance: great!

Die Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad, sind zwar etwas klein und Ablagemöglichkeiten fehlen hier und da. Insgesamt aber trotzdem schön und gemütlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Rom und denVatikan zu erkunden. Zu empfehlen ist der Transfer mit der Buslinie 87, die fußläufig (zweimal links abbiegen) sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Diese Linie fährt zu fast allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Gastgeber Daniele ist super aufmerksam, lieb, hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank dafür.
