First, the key to enter the building never worked. Someone else always let me in. Second, after my early morning exploration of the Vatican, I noticed my room door ajar. I always make sure the door is closed behind me whether it be my resudence, a friend's house, or hotel or personal room door. When asking the woman about my door being ajar, she did not know. I entered the room and made sure nothing was missing. After showering to check out, I asked the new woman in the lobby to call me a cab. I waited for a cab for 20 minutes when the most I ever spent waiting was 5 minutes. I left after I was told it would be better if I called a shuttle.

Sorry you thought this, but courtesy is our forte. at this point I would point out that the behavior was pretty cute on the day of departure where without even asking permission you did enter 6 people in the structure where they had not even stayed to go to the bathroom while we were working ... but these they are details. Like the communication in the room that says that the change of towels takes place every three days (duration of your stay) and if you want it every day has a cost. good life

Stayed for 5 nights Sept 2018 with my sisters and we can collectively say it’s a very nice hotel,clean ,comfortable and walking distance to the Vatican. Luca the owner is very helpful to the guest. Would definitely recommend it. There is no elevator to carry luggages but Luca was very helpful and carried our luggage going up the floor. Thanks Luca it was a wonderful experience staying in your hotel. The small balcony is a place to sit. Relaxing!

Best hotel in Rome
This hotel is the best the service was perfect the location was perfect we could see the Vatican from our balcony it was beautiful. When we arrived they were waiting for us in front of the hotel they carried our baggage up to the room because they had no elevator. I have just get transfers with no problems everything was easy. When in Rome I would never stay anywhere else.

On the 4th floor … and no elevator. Asked for two twin beds … got a queen and a crib … the crib replaced by a (not so comfortable) cot. AC not very efficient. Advertised as a B&B … but no breakfast is served. Parking … 1 spot … a considerable walk away from building … expensive!

Luca was an amazing host, and everything about the place was perfect for us, the location was great, if you want to have a traditional place with Roman feel but also a quiet place not filled with tourists this will be great. Clean, accommodating and special. I would definitely stay here again.

Too tier customer service!
Luca was amazing! Customer service was spectacular from our pick up at the airport to our drop off at the train station! They truly know how to cater to your needs and make your journey as hassle free as possible. The bed was like a dream every night to land on after a long day of touring. We truly could not ask for better!

Good For the Night
The room was clean and very comfortable. It came with a cute little balcony. Me and my friend walked here from the train station, which is close but there is a bit of an uphill to get to the room. This isn't your traditional hotel with a 24-hour service desk, but that seems to be typical in Rome. No big deal. For our one night stay before heading back home, this hotel was perfectly adequate. I would think this would be a perfect place to stay if your goal is to do all things Vatican City.

Small hotel with a great location at a good price. The room was clean all the time and the service was awesome. Lucca the owner is a local. He will tell you where to go eat and sightseeing. Highly recommended following his tips :)

Next to Vatican
Room was nice size with comfortable bed. Small Balcony was wonderful yo be able to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine after a hard day of sightseeing. Luka was wonderful and very helpful. Very close to restaurants and major transportation hub so it's easy to go anywhere even if you don't like to walk.

Wonderful place but if you are in your 60's...
I agree about all the positives, especially Luca and his attention to his clients. Adding a degree of caution for those in their 60's and beyond. THere are over 30 steps to room and Via Auriella is a steep hill if you are walking. For me, it was great exercise, If you have problems with knees or breathing, you would not find San Pietro a good choice. If you are in good shape, go for it. Great experience.

Close to St. Peter’s Basilica
We really enjoyed staying here! The rooms were fantastic and we were close to the Vatican. We appreciated help from Luca’ knowledge of Rome and the areas we wanted to visit. He was very helpful in making arrangements for transportation around the city and to the train station. We would stay there again!

My daughter and I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Vatican . It is just a short walk from there. The home is located on a lovely street set back from the main road. Our room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom and amenities. The young man who met us when we arrived, I unfortunately do not remember his name, was very accommodating and arranged for us to have a car pick up early the next day to the airport. Our only complaint was that the room smelled like smoke when we arrived . The man who greeted us explained that he had a problem with the person who stayed there the night before smoking in the room. Not the hotels fault and we were able to air the room out pretty well.

Nice hotel close to the Vatican
We had a great experience at this little hotel. Close to St Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museum and San Pietro station. Great hospitality. Would return to hotel if ever in Rome again.

Best place to stay in Rome
Excellent location, service and room. Restaurants are like 5 mins away walking, Vatican is 10 mins aways walking, bus station is 10 mins walking. Thank you Luca and Alina for an excellent service and for being so helpful. We would recommend this place and we would definitely go back.

Not a hotel, but good for the price
We booked this place thinking it was a hotel but it actually is a private room in a small private building. There is no lobby and you can't get in without a key so make sure you call the owner before getting there. Room is small but nice and newly renovated. The owner Luca was very nice and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Excellent quiet location near Vatican
Superb customer service by 2 marvelous young managers. Recently renovated rooms in quiet residential area exceeded our expectations. Enjoyed light breakfasts..especially Maximo with fresh orange juice, cappuccino, yummy marmalade croissant or toasted ham cheese. We would definitely go back. Owners take care of every detail. Minor issue bar fridge not cold.

Very nice , perfect, the staff is very special and good. they give us all the informations we need and also more that the simple turisti info. They tell us about places and rutes that the locals normaly use. amazing goos, very quiet neighbourhood. I loved it.

Nice room at budget price
The room is in great condition, but located in a residential area. Helpful staff. Breakfast is not in-house, but at a cafe 3-5min by walk. Vantican is only 10min by walk. 5min walk to train station. 18Euro by taxi to Rome Central station.

I can say that I am very pleased that I came for business and a short break. Especially the location is very good. Within walking distance of everything to see. The building and the street really make you feel like you are in the Vatican. I would prefer it again.

Per circa 40 minuti non hanno risposto al telefono, alla reception non c’era nessuno ne al c. in ne al c. out. Non c’e ascensore (secondo piano), la finestra del bagno basculante non si chiudeva ed è restata aperta tutta la notte. In compenso la camera era nuova, molto pulita e confortevole. Buona anche la posizione al centro di Roma. La cassaforte non funzionava e nel frigo bar non c’era acqua (l’ho acquistata in un esercizio pubblico). Non si poteva parcheggiare vicino per lavori in corso e ho dovuto mettere la macchina in un garage di Via Gregorio VII.

es muy limpio, comodo y todo muy nuevo
El pequeño hotel esta situado en un area residencial a simple vista es una unidad de departamentos, cuando subes a la puerta indicada ya te encuentras con un unos cuartos muy limpios y bonitos, tiene todo y nuevo. Lo que me hubiera gustado sería el trato humano. No había nadie que te recibiera, que te ayudara, que te diera informes, eso lo sentí muy frio sobre todo para quien viaja sola y por primera vez. No sabia ni como moverme o tomar el autobus ni si era un area segura de caminar por las noches. Ya que no hay comercios, ni restaurantes cerca de la zona.

we are in the hills because we are right under the dome of St. Peter, who is here. the stop is a 5-minute walk away. on a straight road. not then so complicated, but they are points of view!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral,toll. Die Einrichtung passend, hat eine Minibar die man nutzen kann. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden. An der Decke des Badezimmers hatte es Schimmel, war etwas erschreckend. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und war stets freundlich.

Empfang nicht besetzt. Über eine Stunde gewartet. Nach Telefonat mit Expedia in Deutschland wurde die Tür über Ferhsteuerung geöffnet. Haben den ganzen Aufenthalt kein Personal gesehen. 1 Leintuch als Bettdecke für 2 Personen. Zusätzliche Bettdecke nicht vorhanden. Haben die Duschhandtücher als Decke verwendet..Zahnputzbecher verdreckt. Wurde auch nicht gesäubert

Unser Personal hat jeden Tag das Zimmer gereinigt, die Handtücher gewechselt und die mitgelieferte Decke steht in der Kommode zur Verfügung. Die Tatsache, dass Sie noch nie einen von uns getroffen haben, ist einfach darauf zurückzuführen, dass Sie zu Recht Rom besucht haben und unsere Zeit nie übereinstimmt. Wir verfügen über mehr Einrichtungen und sind daher bestrebt, alle unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Wir sind jedoch 24 Stunden am Tag für Sie erreichbar. Entschuldigung Aber unsere Arbeit war so gut wie immer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, wenn man viel in Vatikannähe erkunden will. Nur Bushaltestelle unweit. Es heißt Rezeption ist besetzt. Niemand war da, auch nicht als wir an- kamen. Haben 1 Std. vor der Türe gesessen, weil auch niemand ans Handy ging!!

Hübsches Hotel - leider etwas ab vom Schuss
Wir waren sowohl vom dem Altbau im römischen Stil, der eleganten Einrichtung als auch von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr angetan. Der Balkon lädt zu einem Glas Wein ein. Jedoch besitzt dieses Hotel nur 3 Zimmer und leider keine durchgehend besetzte Rezeption. Ebenso muss man das Zimmer vor 12 Uhr verlassen um sicher zu gehen, dass es geputzt wird. Der negativste Punkt ist aber, dass man gut 30 min zu Fuß zur nächsten U-Bahn Station braucht um überhaupt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Vatikan/-Museum, Petersplatz und Engelsburg ca 15-20 min ausgenommenen) zu gelangen. Um zum Hotel zu gelangen sollte man zudem gut zu Fuß sein, da es am Berghang liegt und keinen Aufzug hat.

バチカンから徒歩10分
ローマへの到着が夜21時すぎだったので、レイトチェックインに追加料金がいるとの連絡を予約時にもらったので、空港からの送迎・レイトチェックイン込みのサービス（50ユーロ）を事前にお願いしました。結果的に、サービスをお願いしていてよかったです。運転手さんも親切で、移動もスムーズ。夜に自分たちで探すには少し難しいロケーションに思えました。ホテルは施設も綺麗で、とても心地よかったです。

乾淨全新的客房、服務親切
This is a terrific small hotel. The room is clean and beautifully arranged. The staff including Luke is extremely friendly and helpful in providing info and always quickly responds. Not so many restaurants nearby but the ones they provide discount vouchers are tasty.
