Great location but below average apartment!
Great location but the whole Sonder experience leaves a lot to be desired. I think they try to be part BnB part hotel and end up not really achieving either. A few issues - the place smells terrible - a damp odor throughout but particularly in the bathrooms where there is mould / discoloration on the roof. Windows don’t seal / close properly and worst of all the power kept tripping out. When I asked the staff about this they questioned what appliances we had on. Apparently, you can’t have lights on run the washing machine and the tv at the same time. They said they would send staff to have a look but heard nothing about that and it continued to trip the next morning! No tea towels provided, average linen and quite noisy - probably another issue caused by the windows. The toiletries provided are nice but the dispensers don’t work.

The location of this property was very good for what we had planned to do. The rooms are nicely remodeled and reasonably spacious for a city hotel. Just be aware that Sonder is not a full service hotel. There is no front desk reception and therefore no immediate help for what you may need. For example, I needed bag storage on our arrival Christmas Day but all of the storage places the Sonder app recommended indicated they were closed for the holiday. I texted Sonder on the app and asked about earlier checkin and they at first just quoted the same info from the app which I had already explained would not work. After some back and forth they said they would “push through” a request for letting us drop our bags before checkin. I got an email later denying the request. Fortunately, we were able to find a different storage company open nearby and solved the problem on our own. Another example is that I had a lot of trouble getting my credit card to work on the app to pay the city accommodation tax upon arrival. I tried at least five times with two different cards and always got an error message. These cards were working fine at every other business and online as well otherwise. After texting back and forth for two days l, Somder had to call me and upload my card via a phone bot which finally worked. These problems were not terrible but were distracting and annoying while on vacation.

Wonderful stay at this Sonder location. It was nice to have coffee and tea for the morning. Always lots of extra supplies in the lobby entrance. Perfect location Nice market next door. It would of been easier if you could reach someone by phone instead of email for a quicker response. Great stay in Rome.

The property was located on a lovely street where we really felt like we were part of the city culture. It was a great location for restaurants, markets, cafe's and all of the major sites in Rome. The inside was beautiful. Plenty of room, everything was updated and clean. The noise level in the front bedroom was a bit loud from the activity on the street below which made sleeping difficult at times. The only other issue we had was that we arrived very early in the morning and storing our bags was an issue. We did use an off site facility but just added some juggling to our trip. If there was a way to drop bags for storage it would be worth paying extra. Otherwise a beautiful, clean and updated location. I would return.

It took over an hour to get into the apartment even though we had the correct access code. We only got access thanks to the local shop keeper. Same issue has happened before and with some French people today. PATHETIC. DON'T BOOK SONDER.

This was a perfect stay! The property was located on a quaint little side street, close to everything. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have some drawers in main bedroom and closet or drawers in second bedroom. There were some issues with using the code to enter, but staff was quick to respond and found a solution. The old building was so beautiful. We loved our stay here!

Great location. Large, functional property. We had an issue with the lock the first night and they came in the morning to fix it. They arranged a car to the airport which was great. Perfect for the six adults we had.

Muy recomendable opción
Tuvimos una estancia de dos días para disfrutar del centro histórico de Roma, 5 adultos y una niña. Todo al alcance de una caminada: el Vaticano y las innumerables plazas e iglesias. Otras con el metro también accesible y los autobuses. El departamento está muy bien iluminando, equipado y todo funcional, muy buena ropa de cama y utensilios, así como los insumos para la lavadora y lavavajillas, el jabón de los trastes. Al lado está una tiendita con todo lo básico para preparar comida y otros elementos de viaje. Un elemento extra de atención ha sido el resguardo de maletas en otro lugar cerca del departamento. Eso ha sido excelente. Muy recomendable.

Ins gesamt waren alles OK Ein Paar kleine Probleme gab es schon aber die Personal waren sehr freundlich und sehr schnell reagiert und alles super gelaufen. Unten gibt es direkt ein Mini Markt und konnten wir alles kaufen, was wir brauchen. Der Ladenbesitzer ist super nett. Nur die Fenstern sind nicht dicht dadurch draussen Lärm kann man alles hören. (Obwohl es sehr schön aussieht. Typisch alte Schönheit) Von dieser Apartment kann man sehr leicht zu Fuss überall erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermarket, Restaurant, Bar, Verkehrsmittel... (Bus) Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben dadrinnen wohl gefühlt.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, à quelque pas de la Plaza navona et du château Saint-Ange à pied, appartement et spacieux attention juste aux deux chambres qui donnent sur la rue il y a du simple vitrage du coup la nuit c'est un peu bruillant mais à part ça notre séjour a été parfait.

El departamento excelente
El departamento está muy cómodo y amplio, muy buena ubicación con restaurantes y buen ambiente, es complicado llegar la primera vez, no hay una recepción y donde te ayudan a dejar tus maletas si llegas fuera de horario de parte de la operadora no brindan nada de información. Las calles son muy empedradas por si llevan muchas maletas es muy complicado la llegada. En general si lo recomiendo
