the location was good next to Trevia Fountians in Rome , but no front desk person their ,you had to go to another location to get your keys , elevator didn't work, stairs up to your room .would not recommend this place for elder people, youing people o.k. if you have traveled before.

The property is separate from the check in location (other hotels I looked at was the same situation) so walking to the room with our luggage was a little annoying, but not that bad. It felt safe because you have to get through two locked enterances to get to the rooms, and then you have the room door locked obviously. The location was amazing. You walk out and go to the right and Trevi is right there. The cleaning crew was very nice and they did a great job. Every time me and my wife would come back to the room it was cleaned. Would recommend.

It would of been nice if the mattress had mattress cover. Also I had a double bed, but the mattress was 2 singles mattress side by side, and they would slide apart in the middle.

The hotel manager was very helpful. The location is wonderful, everything is such a short walk and you can hear Trevi fountain from the bedroom window. The only down falls were; the floors of our room could have been cleaner, the bed is two twin beds pushed together (so there is a gap between you and your spouse while sleeping). Other than those it was a great choice.

Our stay at the Trevi Luxury Rooms was great. The room was clean and spacious with a nice modern bathroom. The location was amazing. It's right next to the Trevi Fountain and walking distance to great shopping and dinning areas.

Great location close to everything but quite
Great location close to Trevi Fountain but very close to sights, shops and restaurants. Transport not far away but easy to walk to most places. Coming back to stay at same place at the end of our travels, highly recommend.

Stunning room, incredible location
We were exceptionally happy with our room, which looked even nicer than the pictures portray and was well equipped. The location was second-to-none, down a beautiful alley a stone's throw from the Trevi fountain and some beautiful restaurants and bars. A short walk to Barberini Metro Station, Termini was also not too far to walk to with luggage. We had a pretty view into a courtyard. Heating worked well, good hot water, fast reliable wifi, very comfortable bed, and very quiet at night. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and spoke great English. Do be mindful that the check-in is at a different location, but only a two minute walk away.

Our room was not like the pictures. There is nothing "Luxury" about this place. We booked a room for 3 and were obviously squeezed into a room for two with an extra bed. No extra blanket for the third person and she was cold. No iron. Checkin was horrible. You have to tell them in advance when you are coming, but I didn't note that until I was in Italy with no phone. You check in at a location that is not the hotel. The taxi driver was unsure if he should leave us, because there was no name on the building. It just looked like residences. One of us ran upstairs to make sure it was the right place. I will never again stay at a hotel without a front desk onsite.

perfect location all my emails were answered promptly before I arrived the person who worked there helped us with our luggage and showed us how to get to the exact address from the key pick up to the exact address hotel was very clean and comfortable would stay again!

Close to trevi fountain
Trevi fountain is just around the corner which is great for being close to restaurants and shops but other side to that it is noisy at night. Room was big enough and clean. Bed was fairly uncomfortable. Free wifi. Note the check in office is not the same address as the hotel so make sure you call them before arrival.

Lovely rooms in the heart of the city
We booked two rooms for the four of us and found the location to be excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and they supply a breakfast tray which had something for everyone. The staff are amazing. The girl at the reception where the rooms are located insisted on carrying our case upstairs and was very friendly and professional. The Manager "Diogo" could not have done anything more to make our stay enjoyable. He even let us stay on longer in our room on our last day as we were unwell. Thank you so much for doing that. Take earplugs and the street noise will not be a problem. Very good restaurants nearby and an amazing Magnum Ice Cream shop which sells customised magnums round the corner. It might be best for one person to stay downstairs with the suitcase when checking in at the separate reception area. We didn't have this problem as we went to where the apartments were situated.

The hotel doubled booked our room. They accommodated our room with a different hotel, not sure how it worked but it seemed all felt weird because the hotel was a new one. Everything was new which was a plus and the new accommodation included free breakfast.

Good central location
The Hotel is well located for many of the attractions in Rome, we stayed for three nights and walked to most of the sites. The room is a normal size for Europe, the bathroom was very small. The name is a little misleading, not really that luxurious. We found check in at a different location to be inconvenient, navigating in Rome is hard enough finding one of these little hotels, let alone two. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Perfekt läge
Hotell med bästa läget. Små men mycket bra rum, vi bodde tre vuxna i rummet och det funkade. In- och utcheckning på annan adress en liten bit från hotellet. Utcheckningen blev lite dum, då vi ville checka ut tidigt (klockan 7:45), lämna bagaget över dagen för att sedan återkomma innan det var dags att åka till flyget, receptionen där vi skulle checka ut öppnade inte förrän 8:30. Men i övrigt helnöjd med hotellet.

Perfect location steps away from the Trevi Fountain, Diogo is a great host and is kind to everyone at any moment. I traveled with a broken ankle and he even changed our room for an easier access one. Any recommendations and suggestions will be made if you ask for. Totally would recommend.

Bra hotell!
Det ligger väldigt centralt i Rom och även om incheckningen skedde på ett annat ställe än där vi bodde så var det väldigt lätt att hitta och smidigt att ta sig dit. Hotellrummet var fräscht, lika så toaletten. Praktiskt med ett litet kylskåp på rummet. Frukosten fylldes dock inte på varje dag och vattnet som det stod skulle ingå varje dag såg vi inte röken av. Vi upplevde att det väsnades ganska mycket när man skulle sova eftersom att rummet låg precis vid en gata där många människor rör sig nästan dygnet runt, men det löste ett par öronproppar. Jag är nöjd!

Lo negativo el check inn se realiza entre otro lugar (casi a dos cuadras) por lo que debes caminar un montón con tus maletas, el ascensor no llega al 2 piso donde se ubican las habitaciones, por lo que de nuevo toca cargar las maletas. El wifi no funcionó ninguno de los 3 días que alojamos allí. El desayuno tampoco era bueno. Lo positivo es que queda a la vuelta de la Fontana di Trevi y cerca hay montones de restaurantes, bares, cafés, gelaterias, etc.

Finestra su cortile interno con cantiere e rumori già dalle 6 del mattino. Camera minima, buona per viaggiatori veloci.
