Location excellent, stops there. Room not serviced on first day, had to empty own bins. Free breakfast was dry bread in a tub, individually wrapped cheese slices, packet of salami and parma ham, 2 yoghurt, tea with 3 pots of uht milk. Cartoned juice put in a bottle. There were pastries left out but not very fresh. No staff around so found our own fresh milk, and topped up fridge when not done on the first day. Toaster and kettle in the room with mini fridge. City View was of the office across the road who could see straight into the room. Standard room was small and basic.

We arrived at 13.45 ,the door was closed and no body was there. i called the the tel. and i hard an answer in Italik. I went to a nearby hotel in the building the reception clerk called to the tl. i gave him and reached the guy witch came after 15 mi. The breakfast is the refrigerator in the room and we had to prepare it by ourself. The room is very small but clean. The only good thing is the location. Not recomanded at all.

Breakfast already in your room!
Room was very dated in need of updating. Good enough for a 1night stay. Loved that the breakfast was already in the room fridge. We had a early morning check out & would’ve missed the normal breakfast time anywhere else. This in room breakfast made it great for take-away on a early check-out. Perfect for our train ride that morning.

Great location. Lena was spectacular helping us maneuver the room. Thanks. We did not get much help from our host except for help getting a taxi to the airport on departing. He did not help fix the leaking AC in our room or offer help maneuvering the city. There was minimal breakfast so the designation b&b was a leap. I felt there used to be a more responsive person, working there before. I think the place is not up to prior reviews. We have stayed at better places in Rome.

AMAZING!
Our stay here in Rome was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to so many must see attractions and has a taxi stand just outside. Giuseppe and Caterina were both extremely helpful in assisting with car transportation, recommendations and coordination of our busy comings and goings. We stayed here when we first arrived in Italy and again when we returned to Rome after exploring other parts of Italy. Will definitely stay here when we return. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was charming, and the hotel is in a great location. Everything was made even better by the helpfulness of Guiseppi who manages the hotel. If we come back to Rome we would stay here again.

Cosy & in town place to crash
Trevispagna is a small, heart warming & cosy place to crash when you need to be in the heart of the city. Everything was perfect, even breakfast was wonderful, all except the WiFi, super slow and very hard to connect, other than that, I'll stay there again.

Excellent location, great value, very helpful, welcoming and friendly family run business where nothing's too much. Couldn't recommend this venue highly enough. Caterina & Giuseppe are truly caring about their guests and very accommodating.

We stayed here mainly for its location. This is where the property shines !! Central location close to all especially Spanish Steps & Via del Corso ( also Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Navona square ) Plus Giuseppe is a nice host!

Very convenient location. Hotelier helped set up evening tour and transport to the airport. Much appreciated since we were in Rome for fewer than 24 hours.

Great B&B in the heart of town, check in was easy with super friendly staff. Located easy walk to major attractions and shopping, breakfast included and staff went out of our way to cater for our dietary needs. Highly recommended

Great location, fantastic boutique setup
Great stay. The hotel is next to piazza di spagna and all the cute graphic streets. Giuseppe was wonderful and super accommodating. The BnB is just one floor with a handful of rooms, which means it's super quiet and the staff attentive. Lastly, the rooms were quite spacious for Roman standards. Definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel in an excellent location
We had a good 5 night holiday in Rome staying here in a family room. It was quite small with just enough room for a double bed and 2 singles. No space for a chair/sofa. It was quite compact, but we knew that from the photos on line and it was fine for our needs. It does not have 24 hour reception, comfy sitting areas, restaurant etc. but we didn't need that. The location is fantastic and is walking distance to most attractions (we got a bus to the Vatican one day but walked everywhere else). If you are happy with a fairly compact room and want a great location then this hotel is a good choice. We were also able to leave our luggage on the last day after checking out for collection later, which was helpful. And the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

Great location!
Can walk to everything (& I use cane), staff very helpful. Only things we could suggest is a shelf in washroom for toiletries, better marked entrance & coffee/capp @ bfast ok but not great. Location makes up for most of that.

Great location, in the CBD Rome!
The staff/Management were fantastic, very friendly and professional; they provided great services and guidance in regards ammenities, transportation & daily advised upon request. I loved the convenience to come & go at my own schedule and the central location of the hotel In the middle of the CBD in Rome! The room & ensuite was always cleaned and provided a very comfortable atmosphere!. It was a fantastic experience & we are very appreciative of the staff/management for their outstanding service and fantastic disposition.

Wondeful hosts
Very good location, easy to walk around Rome. Small but cosy room. Breakfast was filling. Best part of this hotel are the great family running it. They are very friendly and kind.

TreviSpagna "A Secret Gem"
This is a gem and splendid B&B. The management, service, rooms and location is exceptional. Staff were very personable going above and beyond to provide assistance and information. Our room had a fantastic view. The location is next to shopping, restaurants, and bus stops. Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps just blocks away. This was the best B&B experience making it a very enjoyable stay in Rome.

Fantastic B&B!
Awesome location! Quiet and peaceful and within easy walking distance to several sites. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good and Guiseppe was a wonderful host!

fantastic stay in Travispagna
trevispagna outdid all expectations. the location was superb, close to everywhere you would want to go. for those spots a bit further out you can get the bus which is only 1 minute away. but walking back to the b&b is no issue so much to see. the guys who run the b&b are exceptional and very helpful.

Great location for touring Rome
Giuseppe was a great host, extremely helpful,and nothing was to much trouble for him. Very helpful and knowledgeable on all attractions in Rome Well appointed and good size room .Good breakfast to start the day with. Our only criticism is the shower cubicle was a little on the small side Would have been better with a larger shower tray. Other than that couldn't fault it.We would certainly recommend Trevispagna and stay there if we visit Rome again.

Very convenient, cosy and quiet.
Our hosts were most helpful and went out of their way to make or stay memorable one. We would recommend this B&B to all our friends and family.

Great location
The hotel is very well located to see all the sites by foot. We don't mind walking so we walked to all the sites. It took us 25 minutes to walk to the Colloseum and 35 minutes to walk to the Vatican museums. We didn't have a hard time finding the hotel since we had a private car pick us up from the airport and drive us to the hotel. The double room itself was a bit small and there was no room for comfortable seating places. Also, the room neads to be freshend up. The bathroom and shower were OK. The breakfast was also OK but nothing special. Joseph who greeted us was very curtious and always willing to help us.

Charming!
We chose this rental because of proximity to sites and of course price. It was a small but charming space. We did not want to leave. Our room was adjacent to the kitchen area but we were never bothered by noise. The double door served to block out any annoying sound. Katarina,our host, was amazing. She was a wealth of information that she freely shared. She was on site every day and so cheerful. When we checked out, she told us exactly where to catch a taxi. Unknowingly, we had left behind 2 jackets, one very expensive. She immediately discovered them and ran down the street to catch us just as we are stepping into the taxi. Yes, she made our tike in Rome a wonderful experience.
