It is a good place to stay, the staff is very friendly. It is very close to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, it is also close to many good places for lunch and dinner. Overall it is a very good place to stay. Perhaps one point that would improve the pre-arrival experience, send a more detailed explanation of how to access the building and what to do once you enter, Airbnb style. Even if you call the number indicated in the message you get the directions, but having it written prior to arrival gives you a better context and so you know for sure that you got to the right place.

When booking this hotel, i had no idea how close it was to the Colosseum! That alone was worth the stay. The staff was more than kind. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel once we called to say we had arrived. It is very secure. When i hopefully go back to Rome, this is the only hotel i will pick Lastly, the little coffee shop attached to the hotel was ran by the best two guys you could ever want in a foreign city. They had the best pastries and gelato. They were helpful and informative... At all times of the day!! Everything about this was a phenomenal experience!

Accommodations were clean and convenient. No front staff, never saw any staff during our 3 day visit. Pillows were terrible, more of a pancake. Shower was very tight, and the hand shower would not stay secured. Overall, location was good, accommodations clean and nice. 3 Stars

The only hard thing was that they staff is only there for a few hours at a time in the day. But they did give me a number for after hours and they were truly great! Loved staying here!

Excellent location and friendly staff. BEWARE this is NOT a hotel where you can show up and check in. It is a private room rented out and you must have a cell phone (charged) with ability to communicate with the owner before you arrive (ie without wifi so roaming charges, etc will apply).

Gem near the Colliseum
We arrived beyond our checkout window, but our host was able to guide us into our hotel room, remotely open the doors and get us safely checked into our room. Very centrally located. Would stay here again!

Unclear check in process, had to use international data to call employee to buzz us into the property. Small room, limited hot water in the shower. Code to enter the first door of the building was unclear, had to wait for someone to leave in order to enter. Good location right by the colosseum. Would not stay here again

The rooms and service were spot-on. Clean and well set out, as the images sent. Great location to the Colosseum with local transport links within easy walking. Cafe on the corner was a small corner cafe with great service and information when required. We would stay her again without any issue.

Room as seen in photos; spotless and cleaned every day. Few mins walk to Coliseum, with supermarket and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is no reception desk and you have to phone to get instructions to get in, but that worked well, and the "remote concierge" responded quickly to enquiries. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location is amazing, as the place was basically in the shadow of the Coliseum! The room was very nice and very clean, no complaints there. However, our key card stopped working, and when we called they said they would replace it but did not. We said we were going out to dinner and would be out, and they said if they had not fixed it, we could call them, but when we came back at midnight it was not fixed and they did not answer the phone! Eventually they did answer but just said sorry they could not fix it, and were reluctant to come let us back in. After we complained vigorously they ultimately came back and let us back in, but we should not have to be left out in the street like that.

If you arrive after 24.00 and you know that your card has been demagnetized, you cannot expect someone to wait for you. However we are able to let you in remotely as we did.Thank you, see you soon

The room had a great location, and the individual who greeted us was kind. However, we misplaced our key and despite returning to our room before 6 PM, there was no one at the hotel desk. I was able to reach someone on the cell number provided and they remotely opened our room, then later left a replacement key at the coffee shop on the ground floor. The room itself was spacious and tidy, but there was some mildew above the shower and the beds were extremely firm.

Great Find! Close to Colosseum, Bus, and Food
The location is amazing! The hotel manager was not on-site so I had to call via WhatsApp to check-in and figure out how to get to my room. It seems as if this property was recently renovated! It was amazing. Very nice upgrades, comfortable bed, and very clean (for the most part - there was an area above the shower on the left hand side that worried me and looked a bit mold but I am not an expert). Very safe as well. The AC worked well. The location is right by a bus stop. It is within a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and restaurants / gelato shops that look out to the Colosseum. Price was great. Overall, excellent property. I would stay here again.

The property was nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only two issues we had were related to checking in. First, as we contacted the hotel, we were told to take the metro from the train station. Unfortunately, we did take the Metro and were robbed/pickpocketed at the Colleseo station. Certainly not the hotel's fault but best advice for future guests would be to take a taxi. We were obvious targets with all our luggage etc. in the metro station. Second issue was check in at the hotel. There is a process to easliy get you into your rooms once you make contact with the hotel staff. We arrived Friday evening (hot, tired and frustrated from our pickpocket experience) and had a difficult time reaching the staff. Other guests let us in the building where we waited for more than an hour to reach the staff. Other guests also provided a phone number that was good to reach the staff. After the contact, there process is simple and convenient. Best to have a more accessible after hours phone number. But, the facility, the rooms, the little market was convenient and helped us make our Rome visit memorable and enjoyable after all!

The hotel is just a few minutes from Colosseum and some other attractions with restaurants and supermarkets around. It is a tourist center ! The hotel room is well equipped just like a suite, very clean and the area is safe. Staff are nice , too. Still, as everybody knows, pickpocket is skillful in Rome as Rome is rated No. 2 ( Barcelona No 1 ) and we must take utmost care of our belongings while walking around particularly in the crowded streets. I like this hotel and am highly recommend it to all to travel Rome.

We stayed for 2 nights and have no complaints! The room was spacious for 2 people. The bathroom was clean and shower had great water pressure. They also provided travel size shampoo/body soap. We had to call a number to check in and they remotely buzzed us through the front door and into our room door where we found our room key. Instructions were left with our room key. It’s quite different from my other hotel stays where there is always a front desk staff but they were available via phone in case. Location was also superb! Down the street from the colosseo and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, public transportation etc. There was also a little cafe right beside that offered coffee, pastries, gelato and more. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to friends/family.

Only strong complaint was the unclear directions about how to check in if you arrive after 6pm. We thought wed be sleeping in the street and luckily the owners of the corner cafe came to our rescue and reached the person who could grant us access.

Gorgeous room! Very clean and modern. Just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum which was perfect. The only thing I would change is the check in process - you have to call them in order to get inside the building and the room. It would be better if you got a code in your email
