an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle,
and coffee maker.

organized spaces. The entrance is a small foyer that leads to the
hallway and opens onto the living area: on the left is the small
kitchen; on the right, the living room is furnished with a dining area,
TV, and a double sofa bed.
Further down the hallway are two double bedrooms, one on each side, while at the end there is a full bathroom with a shower.
The
two double bedrooms?one with an en suite shower room and the other with
a small balcony?are both equipped with air conditioning and a TV.
The
apartment is perfect for those who want to spend a few days just a
stone?s throw from the entrance to the Vatican Museums, in a central
location with a quintessentially Roman atmosphere.

Corte Rubra, ideal for vacations and short stays in Rome, is located in
a courtyard whose entrance arch opens directly onto Piazzale degli Eroi, a major hub in the Trionfale neighborhood that connects the Vatican and the Monte Mario area.
 
St.
Peter?s Square and the entrance to the Vatican Museums?one of the
world?s most famous museum complexes, home to the Sistine Chapel?are
less than a 10-minute walk away.
The area is also served by the Metro A station ?Cipro?which provides quick access to the historic center and Termini Station. The area is therefore lively and well-connected. 
- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time.
- It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties.
- The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am.
- You will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
