This Villa is only great if you have a car. Because there is basically nothing around the villa. You would need to take the bus to get the city because Taxi is overpriced! I wish I knew this so we did not go there. No breakfast option due to COVID -and if you want to do laundry, he does not tell you how much until the end (we ended up paying 20 Euros for laundry). It’s a quite nice villa if you want to go there for relaxation.

Good evening, from the description of the villa and its particularities are clearly described on the expedia platform. as for the laundry, we charged the real cost without surcharges and made a service in 4 hours. breakfast was free.

Nice villa and helpful owner
Nice location and nice villa. Seems some mix up between Hotels.com what they show as rooms and what is allocated. We booked what I thought was a suite as described with "2 bedroom" (one double , 2 single) but it was an "apartment" with one double bedroom and 3 cot beds in the kitchen area. I don't know if that is mistake at Hotels.com or otherwise. Owner very nice and arranged the required 3rd bed without charge, and helpful to recommend restaurant nearby. Fast WiFi, tea/coffee facilities free in room.

Lovely place to stay in the countryside on the outskirts of Rome. The property and grounds are lovely whilst the staff are friendly and helpful.

BEAUTIFUL
We loved Villa Strampelli! It was so unique and wonderful. In a perfect location near the airport but out in the beautiful country. The staff treated us like family. I wish we would have made that our travel home base.

Great countryside getaway outside Rome

A very nice building & garden, but there is not very much to do. There was no possibility of a breakfast and the area in which the hotel is located had few touristic point of interest. Hotel seems more geared for weddings, receptions etc...

Somente o anfitrião vale a pena, o resto é péssimo! 24 minutos de carro pro metrô, quarto apertado e com mobília muito velha, banheiro péssimo (chuveiro pior ainda)... fujam desse hotel!

Alfredo, le responsable toujours disponible et à l'écoute. Housekeeping parfois approximatif mais en demandant à Alfredo, tout rentre dans l'ordre. La propriété est au calme au milieu d'une réserve naturelle, oliviers, cyprès, etc ... Mais reste proche (20mn) des plages ou de Rome Un restaurant, Il Patio, à 2mn en voiture, est délicieux et pas cher : un régal ! Je recommande complètement, il ne manque plus que la piscine pour la perfection ... Alfredo, à bon entendeur, Grazzie & Ciao ! ;-)

Mooi en vriendelijke mensen
Goed naar ons zin gehad. Het is een mooi verblijf net buiten de stad. En dat is maar goed ook want Rome is een vieze stad behalve het historisch centrum dan. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam dus een aanrader als je naar Rome wil

Villa storica immersa nel verde
premetto che abito nelle vicinanze e ho scelto casualmente Villa Strampelli perché ho la cucina e il bagno inagibili. Il soggiorno si è rivelato inaspettatamente una vera e propria vacanza per il confort della stanza, il silenzio, la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio con discrezione ed attenzione sotto tutti i profili. Penso che se dovessi organizzare un evento penserei a Villa Strampelli sia per il magnifico salone che per il giardino
