Hotel Artemide
Breakfast was amazing, staff bent over backwards for us. Tv wasn’t working one evening, called desk & a staff member knocked on our door 5min later, fixed our problem in 5 min…. US could learn a bit about service from you guys …. Thank you!

UNA Hotels Decò Roma
We loved our room and the staff. The staff was friendly and efficient. But there was an odor in our bathroom. It was not pleasing. It smelled like a sewage line. We were thinking of returning in March to your hotel, but now we are not sure.

However… They have a clear problem with the water pressure/temperature - it was cold at times with no pressure. Best time was the evening to shower when it was no issues ...
