"The room was very small with no bedside cabinet on one side of the bed, also nowhere in the bathroom to hang a second towel (perhaps a couple of hooks in the door would be useful) the cocktail bar was a great spot for a drink and bar snack and all the staff we encounetered were friendly and helpful"

Checking in, no hello, no good evening, no welcome to the park plaza, Checking out was the same, gentleman looked up and said, you’re good to go. No thanks for staying with us, no how was your stay. They were very disinterested. That being said, location was good. Hotel showing some signs of wear and tear. Beds comfortable, linens nice."
