No tea or coffee in room we asked for a kettle that's all we go a kettle then it was such a process to get tea and coffee, Needs updating carpet in corridors threadbare and dirty Have to pay to service your room which is unusual but you need fresh towels! Fold-out couch very uncomfortable"

"This is my second time at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and the location is spectacular, however this time my expedia Platinum was not honored. The employee who checked me in did not have a clue of what I was talking about. The room had cups stains on the entrance table and found a sock behind the curtain. The location is beautiful, breakfast is amazing. I will still come back!!!"

"The rooms are small; however we did choose to stay there for a second time as the location is really nice. The upstairs bar are is really great too, but the last time we stayed the upper deck area above the bar was available to hang-out and play cards and now it appears they don’t open this area to hotel guests."
