"Nice location and roomss were clean but definitely not family or kid friendly. If bringing kids look somewhere else. They'll be confined to the room because this is a 21+ only."
"Staff and manager were very friendly and attentive, which makes the rest sad! This was a stay from hell. The maid service for sure takes many short cuts and/or just doesn’t clean. I’m not exaggerating when I would bet they just remake beds & replenish towels in a room & nothing else. When brought up, they said they had a lot of staff quit recently, so things are hard to keep up with. 1st room had bodily fluid all over, then given another room…dog hair all over & door stopped working, last room was sufficient. The breakfast is included and is appreciated, but not worth their effort to put out. Very lackluster and not maintained, constantly out of the few items they did have (bagels, juice, coffee, fruit & waffles), including utensils, cups, etc. Main lobby & elevator never mopped or cleaned. Bare minimum done in this hotel. Although staff was nice, worst hotel stay ever and will not return."
"Beautiful and very quiet. Lots of walking trails and outside spaces. The free continental breakfast was great, though it took 44 minutes to get served. The waiter was awesome, the Inn was horribly understaffed for a single person to manage serving free food to 50 plus guests."
"The room was kind of small. No microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket or cups. But the rooms and hotel was very clean. And not noisey.
Not a great selection for breakfast especially if you are trying to eat healthy.
Location was fantastic for us as we were doing the wine trail and its close to down town Geneva."

"The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The host was wonderful. There was a grill and picnic table so we could enjoy a nice summer evening dinner. Wonderful location with lots of wineries nearby. My sisters and I had a great time and will definitely stay there again."
"My husband and I recently stayed at the Canandaigua Hilton for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the room and our stay in general. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only have one suggestion though. The "lounge" chair in our room was very "hard" (I.e. not comfortable at all) which made it difficult to read a book, do any work, or watch TV without getting into bed. I tried to use the chair a couple of times but found it too uncomfortable."
"The room was dirty, with crumbs on the bed and on the floor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel is poorly maintained. The air in the room was especially bad, as if the AC filter hadn’t been replaced in a long time.
We asked to switch rooms, and although the attendant was very kind and gave us clean sheets, there were no other rooms available. It was already after 10 p.m., and we were exhausted — otherwise, we would have gone to another hotel."
"The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable.
On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night"
