"The location was excellent for visiting the seaside and old town Nice. The rooms were clean, but small (as is common in Europe). The staff was friendly and helpful when asked."

"Stayed here recently and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The only positive is the location, which is convenient and well situated. Beyond that, the hotel falls far below expectations. The rooms are extremely outdated — it feels like nothing has been renovated since the late 90s or early 2000s — and, more importantly, they are poorly maintained. Our bathroom had missing tiles, and the faucet was literally falling apart. The overall condition gives the impression that upkeep is not a priority. The flooring is old carpet, which naturally feels unclean and worn. This really affects the overall comfort of the room. Another major issue was parking. The hotel advertises private parking, but we were not given access to it, which was frustrating and misleading. Considering the high price of the rooms, the value is simply not there. Honestly, even if it were free, I would not choose to stay here again. Would not recommend."

"Wow! Just wow! The hotel itself was gorgeous! Staff was amazing. The food amazing. Their pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it. Plus the view from the pool is spectacular! "
