"Nice stay in old hotel. Room s atisfactory and clean with pleasant view over garden. Excellent breakfast. Excellent evening meal at reasonable cost. We walked into town but it was a long hilly walk into Falmouth so you need to drive into town. "

"Wonderful…smiles from all the staff when they see you and everyone is happy to help in any way. The night Porter was very helpful and friendly, the reception team couldn’t do enough and the breakfast staff went the extra mile! We forgot our robes from the room but the spa team were kind and gave us spares. The spa isn’t quite as opulent as the photos, but the service more than makes up for it, Comfy beds, great shower, delicious breakfast all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for a stay in Cornwall, with easy access the south coast. Will be recommending to friends and family "

"Lovely hotel , beautiful room, very clean. nice tea, coffee and biscuit selection and locally made mugs nice touch Enjoyed the pool , luckily remembered my own flip flops to walk across there. Only tiny detail is wear n tear on paintwork in bathroom but imagine this is on winter job list Complimentary drink for our anniversary was a really lovely and appreciated gesture Definitely will be back "

"A well maintained hotel. Great staff and dining options. Some rooms have amazing views overlooking the harbour of St Ives. The hotel is within walking distance of the town, as long as you don't mind the walk up the hill. "
