"When we arrived at the hotel we were charged an extra £10 to park. No mention of that booking. The Hotel looked like it had been closed down for refurbishment wet paint signs all in reception no furniture. arrived at our rooms had beautiful views but rooms were very tired and dated. carpets are filthy ..."
