"You pay for what you get....our room (327) had wallpaper being held up with staples, baseboard missing, mini fridge didn't work, the toilet ran, and the tub drain had been poorly repaired. The only reason I didn't complain is because the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and we were just spending one night traveling."

My card wasn't supposed to be charged due to the "misunderstanding " but it was. I have tried to contact the manager but no response back.
