"We expect more facilities. The hotel was more like a summer colony for retirees than a hotel. The room was very small and very worn out. Because of that huge number of guests, we avoid using the spa. The staff was professional but not friendly. A lot of guests smoked on their balconies, and we had an ashtray in our room. The pool and the bubble pool are part of the spa, so they're not accessible at all unless you book the spa."
