"I have stayed in the hotel on a number of occasions as it is so convenient for the Terminal at Glasgow Airport. The hotel requires to be upgraded in areas as it is looking jaded and the lighting in the room was not good as it was so dark even with all the lighting on. The room is a decent size and while the bathroom can be cramped, all of the facilities are provided and work well. The food is always of a high standard in an area that is relaxed and comfortable. As is normal the customer service provided by staff is excellent and I would like to highlight Terri the waitress who has served me previously. She is friendly, professional, very customer focused and a credit to the hotel."

"Spacious, clean, tidy room with plenty of storage space to put your stuff away. Despite being attached to the Golden Jubilee Hospital, the outlook was beautiful- with the hills at the front, and the river and gardens at the back. The bar had a pool table, shuffle boards and other games. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will definitely be staying again."

"Staff in general were very helpful and friendly. Lovely location overlooking the loch. The cooked breakfast was very good. The spa was good, pool long enough to get a decent swim. Jacuzzi and steam room nice too. The only drawback was that the spa only has 4 cushioned loungers so many guests had nowhere to lounge and read their books on busy afternoons, and there was a bit of a scramble when a sunlounger became free. Adequate parking."

"We liked the bus stop tight out front. We didn’t like the lack of info to get from the airport to the hotel and ended up walking with all of our luggage. The meals were supposed to be 1/2 board but the credit provided towards meals wasn’t enough to cover but one or two of the choices. The food itself was good. Very nice premises."

"A really impressive building - we’ve passed by before and always hoped to stay here. The building is quirky and has so much going for it… probably several £££ million to bring it up to 4* standards, but the staff were super friendly and the room we were assigned was brilliant and had lovely views over the port. Also accommodated for our dog which was really appreciated. The restaurant served a great dinner too and the Scottish breakfast gave us a cracking start on our onward journey. Thank you !"
