"We arrived early and knew our rooms would not be ready The hotel receptionist Lesley was very welcoming and friendly and we went for lunch in the interim. "Lovely hotel and facilities, the view of the loch is spectacular and peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable, the only minor negative is the extractor fan didn’t work in the toilet and there was no window. The restaurant and food was amazing, breakfast, great choice and beautifully made. The staff were all really nice and welcoming, the waiting staff really nice, but special mention to our waitress Mara, she served us with a lovely big smile. Would definitely go back. "
