"I stayed in the signature suite as a last minute booking and it was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist and the night porter (tall bald man, I wish I had asked his name). The only let down was the lack of a cooked breakfast in the morning due to the chef not being able to get in, these things happen I understand, just a shame. "
