"Our first stay with ERC- down in Norfolk for annual Basset Beach invasion. Cottage perfect for our purposes - everything a dog could require was provided! Sofa stairs, cool mat, crates , buggies, rigid doggie paddling pool….you name it, it was there. Great location for beaches, forests, countryside walks. Very comfortable for humans too. Highly recommended"

"Stayed at The Royal Hotel in Mundesly(its not Norwich at all) for three nights over the August Bank Holiday. We cannot praise it enough. The staff were excellent. We witnessed customer care that went above the norm. We would name Will, attentive, friendly and efficient in the bar and restaurant area. The chef, Nita, who looked after breakfast and the restaurant. We witnessed her offer to fetch an elderly guest toast despite being very busy. She interacted with everyone whilst cooking, clearing and serving all with a friendly smile. We saw with a lot of the staff, the excellent Sunday carvery, thete were staff on the floor helping everyone with their meals. Unable to name them all but thete was, I think, two Emma's who were engaging with customers. It was so nice to see. The food was excellent, the aforementioned carvery, the breakfasts and we have to mention our Ssturday night meal...they have a Thai menu, I believe cooked by Nita. It was fabulous. Plentiful fresh and tasty and, again served by some well trained young staff. Our room was clean The bed large and conformable and an excellent shower. We like a short break to supplement our foreign holidays each year and we are pretty certain we will be returning here."

"Victoria cottage was well-equipped, clean,, super comfortable bed and lovely kitchen Stairs were advertised as steep - we found them to be totally manageable. A great base from which to explore North Norfolk. Area around the cottage is super quiet and peaceful."

"We had a great week away. Minor hiccup with the hot tub, which was resolved immediately by the owners. Excellent location - we visited Norwich, Blakeney, Wells-next-the-Sea and also went for local walks. Accommodation was fantastic. Spacious rooms, goood beds and had everything we needed. Recommended."

"This was a lovely place to stay. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The garden was a lovely size with a patio and furniture. The cottage itself was comfortable and warm. The sofa was a little uncomfortable but decent. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was good. The hot water was really hot. Towels were included by they were quite small, glad we took our own. There was a good supply of DVDs, toys and games and books. The dog shower came in handy too.The owners were really lovely and friendly. Overall, a really nice holiday home and wouldn't be surprised if we end up booking again."
