We loved the place which was really near to Wexford town but yet in the heart of the country. An actual working farm, steeped in history and tastefully renovated and decorated. We were offered tea and homemade biscuits on arrival and a most sumptuous breakfast. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. Family run and maintained we felt welcome there. The price was very good for such an excellent place to spend a night. We would definitely go back there.

We stayed for a two night stay and were given a lovely welcome, our room (room 32) was upstairs at the back so it was lovely, quiet and was recently refurbished and very clean.
We were booked for the valentines special which was on the mezzanine level and was five courses with a complementary glass of prosecco. There was a huge choice in the menu, we picked the beef as the main which did not have a supplement and was beautifully cooked. The dinner was €34pp and €40pp with a bottle of wine which...

Hotel Staff were very attentive. Was at the hotel during mid-term and there was no disturbance from kids / families. Room was very comfortable and spacious if a little on the warm side. Restaurant was busy but service was very quick and tables were cleared quickly.

When we arrived, night porter very helpful.
The only issue with the room was that the main light did not work which was also connected to the bedside lamps. The breakfast is very good, I ordered poached eggs on toast my son had the small full Irish, Macrina out waitress was very polite and informative. Would definitely recommend it.

Wilton Castle is a truly unique offering. The castle has been lovingly restored by its owners and mixes old worldly charm with high class furnishings and finishes. The result is exquisite.
We arrived after dark and were met by Antoinette and Sean the owners who guided us to our suite. We had seen photos on the booking engine’s website but couldn’t believe the amazing suite we'd booked which was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows, a separate living room complete with log-burning...

Delightful stay for 2 nights. The hosts were so attentive to everything.
We had dinner there on Saturday night and would highly recommend. Fantastic food, all local and fresh.
A perfect weekend away, beautifully located and conducive to switching off and relaxing.
