About this property

Our Wee Eden - Rothesay

  • Ground floor flat in a traditional Scottish tenement, which is over 150 years old on the outside but decorated with a modern look on the inside. It is situated next door to the health centre, directly across the road from the Leisure centre - ideal for an early morning workout or swim. Within 100 metres of the Fire Station and the Hospital and only half a mile to the Rothesay Ferry and Town Centre and even closer to Bute Yard.

    Forming part of the building which was situated on Eden Place - hence the title we have given the property - street now known as High Street

    We love how fresh and clean the property is, when we visit it just feels so relaxing as we walk in the front door.

    People choosing to spend some time here will love how quiet and peaceful it is but still next to everything.
