We enjoyed our stay. It was eady to find, close to downtown, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we neded, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Super spacious accom and very large bathroom. Easy parking. Bed just super uncomfortable and lack of pillow. Two low quality pillows given with no spares. The TV remote also had no working batteries so could not work the TV properly. Quiet and easy check in and check out. The toilet also appeared to be leaking but apart from this very clean.

Absolutely a great place to stay! The standout feature for me was the Spa and soundproof walls—you can hardly hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which is a huge bonus. The location is also fantastic, as it’s conveniently close to all the places I wanted to visit in Rotorua. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!🙂

Après avoir fait une longue route, nous avons été accueilli par une gentille réceptionniste souriante, rapide et efficace! Notre Check in c’est très bien passé! Nous nous sommes garé juste en face de l’entrée de notre chambre ce qui est très pratique quand il y a beaucoup d’affaire à décharger surtout quand il fait 2C* dehors! Les lits étaient très douillet! Le chauffage fonctionnait super bien! Dans la cuisine il y avait tous ce qu’il faut un micro-ondes, un toaster, une bouilloire, des couverts, des verres, des verres à vin, des tasses, des bols, des assiettes, une planche à découper, une poêle, une casserole avec couvercle… c’était trop bien! La salle de bain propre et bien fourni avec un sèche cheveux, des petites bouteilles de champoing et de savon! La pression de l’eau de la douche était bien fort! Et le super top était le Jakuzzi! C’était exceptionnel! Merci Ashleigh Court Motel!

Great spot so close to everything and in walking distance, staff are friendly and very nice. The room was clean and smelt so nice. Will definitely come and stay again.

Nice place to stay, the kids loved having the private spa. Only thing I would suggest is having hooks by the spa so you can hand your togs and towel up to dry
