I’ve stayed at this motel multiple times. What keeps me coming back is how quiet, spacious, and incredibly comfortable it is. The building is a bit older, so it does show some age, but I find it very relaxing and cozy. The main reason I'm a repeat guest is the staff, they are always so friendly and welcoming.

Unexpectedly lovely, spacious, and included a private spa outside of the primary bedroom. Walls are thin though, so expect to hear your neighbours muffled voices and toilet time! Will stay again for the price, space, and private spa.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. i had forgotten to add on my kids (to much in a hurry) and when i rang to let them know they upgraded my room so the kids werent sleeping on a sofa bed.. and when my son lost the key they were very understanding.. the spa is always a win win with my family..

Pleasent staff, nice comfortable room, great having a private spa in the unit. One drawback was the security light straight outside the door, lit the room up quite a bit, maybe positioned slightly away from the door to stop the glare coming directly in through the curtains

As a Family of 4 we were all very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and had all the utensils and facilities that we needed. Our room also had its own private Spa Tub which worked perfectly and was very relaxing. The Hotel was also in close reach to the main town centre, the redwood tree walk and Te Pui. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend a stay for either business or pleasure.
